We paid for 2 days but left after 1 day as so frustrated with trying to speak to owner.
Pros:

Large spacious room and excellent breakfast

Cons:

The Proprietor was very hard to communicate with as she never answered her phone. We were not able to leave suitcases secured at the residence before 3:30, and as we arrived at 11:00am this meant we could not explore the lovely towns. Also heating in room not efficient and very poor internet.

Perfect location for a romantic stay.
Pros:

Room was perfect, beautiful sea view, friendly hosts and so easy going.
Gave the best local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble, even met their friendly Labradors.
Breakfast was delicious and we were offered extras if we wanted.
Parking no issue in early April. Parked outside each day and can stay till 1200 if necessary.
I took my Fella for his birthday and we have the most relaxing romantic 2 days in Lynmouth - 75 years after my grandparents.

Cons:

Furniture a little tired, but didn't take away from our enjoyment of the weekend.

Great hotel in lovely setting
Pros:

The hotel is located a short distance from Lynmouth harbour, and is up a small hill so it has good views of the bay. There is free parking on the road below the hotel and village car parks are free about 6pm to 10pm. The rooms were nice, clean and large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was good.

Lovely two day break
Pros:

It was quiet, comfy and the host was very friendly. Breakfast was lovely as was the view out of the window whilst i was eating it.
Close to two pub/restaurants that i can highly recommend.

Cons:

There is nothing of note that i did not like. In the hotel description prior to booking it does mention the steep incline up to hotel doors which is correct and would not suit those with mobility issues.

We have stayed in many places in Lynmouth, this was one of the best.
Pros:

Warm, friendly atmosphere in a lovely old building. The owners were very welcoming. The room was very clean and nicely furnished, with a lovely view. There was a good choice of breakfasts with great service, and it was all beautifully cooked.

Cons:

Nothing could have been better.
