Stay was very good. Will surely visit again.
Pros:

Breakfast, Lunch and dinner were excellent. Food quality is very very good. Breakfast has many options. Evening entertainment programs were good. There are many activities for kids. My kids enjoyed them

Cons:

Only problem was dinner time is 8:30 pm. This is very late. There were 2 kids with us of age 11. They felt hungry and at 7pm only option to eat is maggie. At least make sandwich at 7 pm

Good property, badly maintained and unprofessional operation.
Pros:

Property, Hard infrastructure is really good.
The location is good.

Cons:

1. No handwash in the common toilets, despite telling the staff 3 times.
2. No hot-water kettle in the rooms. No tea bags and sugar.
3. Cooks are professional and the food tastes good. But order taking waiters in a la carte section are not professional.

Sad usage of amazing potential!
Pros:

The lunch thali priced at 500 + tax......basic but nice. A la carte snacks are tasty and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic. Upma + Dosa + Cereal + packed juice......the table tennis table is broken. The rooms do NOT have a fridge or electric kettle. The bathroom has a disgusting tub, the rooms are all poorly managed which have so much opportunity but just dying of neglect. The bar caught fire few months ago and its rotting. Restaurant doors are coming off at the hinges.

Pros:

The property is nice, its huge nice and nice greenery around

Cons:

The sheets were old and dirty, the towels were brown like they havent been washed. When we are paying so much money least we expect is good linen and clean towels
