Really not worth what we paid for it.
Pros:

The room is very convenient and spacious. Has a beautiful view over the lake and mountains. The restaurant below and the shops nearby all convenient.

Cons:

The heating was turned off -- everytime we complained, it was turned on for a bit, and then it is automatically set to turn off. On the second night, we had to complain in the middle of the night until someone could turn on the heating.
Really do not think it was by mistake -- they intentionally turn it off to save costs as the expense of customer comfort.

Posizione favolosa in riva al lago di Misurina, a breve distanza da passi e passeggiate con vedute mozzafiato. Ottima la possibilità di cenare in struttura, grazie al ristorante con terrazza che permette di godere appieno del panorama.

La stanza è molto ampia e ben fornita, ideale per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante immerso nella natura.

Cons:

Unico aspetto da segnalare è la necessità di raggiungere le camere tramite scale, in quanto la struttura non dispone di ascensore.

Cons:

Weak WIFI. We did not understand the information on the billing block that we had to pay the municipality separately 2 EUR for beer or 4 EUR for breakfast.

Pros:

Posizione molto bella, circondata da un panorama dolomitico suggestivo. Le camere sono ampie, pulite e ben curate, con possibilità di fare una colazione veloce . Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, con parcheggio auto gratuito vicino alla struttura. Per la cena c'è possibilità di usufruire del ristorante/pizzeria al pianterreno. Personale cortese e disponibile.-

Belíssima paisagem, próximo a Cortina
Pros:

Reservamos o hotel de última hora para assistir os Jogos de Inverno, portanto o preço estava bem alto e fizemos pouca pesquisa. Para minha surpresa, o hotel estava muito bem localizado, poucos minutos de Cortina e em frente ao belíssimo Lago Misurina. Poucos metros do hotel, tem um supermercado, que foi bastante útil!
As instalações são antigas, porém funcionam bem, o quarto era amplo, assim como o banheiro.
Valeu pagar os 10 euros para o café da manhã, apesar da pouca variedade, estava tudo super gostoso e foi prático para sair direto para assistir os jogos.

Cons:

Chegamos no hotel no dia da maior nevasca do mês, fomos avisados no dia que o hotel não teria recepção, nem restaurante funcionando. Porém, conseguimos alguma assistência pelo whatsapp (mas queria um cobertor extra e não tinha para quem solicitar).
Sobre as instalações: o hotel não possui elevador, precisamos subir as escadas com malas até o 1º andar. Senti falta de poder controlar o ar do quarto de maneira digital. O sinal do wi-fi é muitoooooo fraco, mal deu para mandar fotos da viagem pra família.

The perfect stay! Amazing views, food and location and the most friendly staff!
Pros:

The hotel was situated in the most picturesque location, overlooking a gorgeous lake and surrounded by mountains. The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect and were so kind, friendly and welcoming. The views from the hotel rooms were just stunning. The food was delicious and the location was perfect for what we wanted as it was close to lots of hiking trails.

Pros:

This was one of the most peaceful and beautiful places we stayed at in the Dolomites. I was initially going to stay in Cortina and I am very glad we did not. Waking up in the morning to the serene lake and mountains is a memory that will stay in my soul. Though it is a little out-dated; the one thing I wish we had was a fridge in the room, but it was very clean and nice. Probably one of the best places to stay at unless you are willing to pay an absurd amount of money which we were not. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Colazione semplice ma buona. Potrebbe magari migliorare un po'. Posizione Stupenda, visione sul lago perfetta e romantica.
Personale molto attento e cortese e simpatici. Meritano davvero.
Un ringraziamento davvero di cuore per aver reso il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso.
