Walls inside the actual rooms were dirty, ceiling had a substantial crack right through it, the tv remote was broken, the windows you can hear everything through and it’s right alongside a busy dual carriageway. The carpets are stained, and the door into your room has easily a 3 inch gap at the bottom so you hear everything on the walkways. Drafty. Most importantly rented small print as I was charged an extra £10 per day parking !
Staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish.

Nice terrace overlooking the canal
Appreciate we were in a heat wave but my room window opened onto a dual carriageway and there was no fans or air con.
The manager chasing me and my colleagues around to make sure we paid for our breakfast!

The venue its self was very nice the staff were very warming and welcoming
The rooms were old and needed updating there was only 3 pillows on the bed and the divan base was all on show marked and dirty

Mattress was old and very uncomfortable. No mattress protector on bed. Pillows dirty and old.
Window of bathroom was hanging off.

The twin room was just right for my son and I, although a bit tired it worked for us as we had an event about 4 miles away early next day.
We had a beer and watched the football - the bar/hotel had a couple of very good sized screens. We left early morning before breakfast although the breakfast looked good.
The rooms were just a bit tired and in need of a freshen up......but the I anticipate the price may go up.
