Pros:

冷房が効いていて気持ちが良かった

Cons:

フロントの方お一人で大変だとは思いますが、エレベーターが無いのであれば荷物は運んで頂きたいし
お料理に味がついていない時は、私達は、もう仕方ないので、今後このようなことがないよう対応しますと言っていただきたかったです。
