Hotel excelente.
Pros:

Ótima acomodação, piscina limpinha, academia super equipada, o restaurante era próximo ao quarto que ficamos, comida boa, hotel onde foi o evento que nós fomos !! Muito bom,na próxima vez quero passar mais dias!!

Local é bom, mas tá decaindo....
Pros:

Café da manhã farto, atendentes atenciosos, local limpo. Recepção atenciosa e prestativa, inclusive os estagiários.

Cons:

Camas precisam ser substituídas com URGÊNCIA! Tenho problemas de coluna e colchão de molas cansado me deixa pior. Tive de dormir no chão! Também não gostei porque havia um evento no hotel e o quarto que reservei dava de frente pra área do evento e não fui informado. Ao ligar pra solicitar a troca de acomodação, sai de uma suite premium com vista e fui colocado num quarto triplo...sem vista alguma. E ainda disseram que era um upgrade! Não disse nada, pq só queria poder dormir, mas pegou muito mal.

Já fiquei outras vezes , o hotel é bem localizado próximo ao centro , a cama é maravilhosa , ar condicionado gelando, wi-fi funcionando, o café da manhã excepcional, é um dos meus preferidos na cidade. Os funcionários bastante solícitos , o rapaz da recepção incrível foi bem atencioso, adorei tudo.Tem uma área verde muito bonita .
