Overall very satisfactory and we would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The staff were all very amenable and very friendly, the general set up, quality of food restaurant and breakfast, were all very good and there was free parking at the rear of the hotel.

Cons:

We had a wet room facility in the bathroom which could do with a deep clean where the glass wall joins the bedroom. A few more hooks in the room would have been beneficial as storage was limited. Breakfast 7-9 meant every morning was an early rise which is ok if working but too early if on vacation. Understaffed in the morning at breakfast, with appx 13 covers to attend to created a wait of 35 mins for food from order to table.

Very convenient and comfortable one night stay
Pros:

Hotel was centrally located. Food was very good, especially the steak pie(chef made) and served the breakfast. On site parking. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Check out was a little early at 10.00 am especially given it was Good Friday but apart from that everything was fine.

Our second visit to Nantwich and our second stay at the Cheshire cat, doesn't fault at all a great pub and excellent accommodation, the first time we stopped in a room, at the back of the establishment, this second time we were taken across the road to a separate building which has apartments in it, we wasn't expecting that! A full apartment with full kitchen and appliances, lovely bathroom with bath and overhead shower, comfy bed and a nice lounge with a large TV, a nice two day break in this lovely accommodation and a fantastic town
