Desayuno no hay, es mentira
baño sucio y mala gestion
We originally booked 4 nights at Mulia but ended up staying for 17 because we enjoyed it so much. It is a bit outside the center of Nemberala, but easy to reach by scooter. The area is quiet, right in front of the beach, and with stunning sunset views.
Breakfast was always fresh and delicious.
The rooms are spacious with outdoor bathrooms. The staff freshens them up every few days or on request, which worked perfectly for us. WiFi has also improved a lot.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with scooter rentals, transport, island trips, or organizing shared dinners at the homestay.
If we come back to Rote, we‘ll definitely return to Mulia ☺️

Small comfort issue:
The bathroom floor (outside) has no flat stones, which makes it difficult to maintain/clean, so there's always a lot of natural debris sticking on the feet when you enter the room. So it's unnecessary difficult to keep the floor inside the room clean. (the floor mat isn't helping much)

The manager (Bungsu) is one of the most welcoming person I’ve met. He did everything to make our stay great.

Very clean Hotel and very friendly staff. Special Thanks to Bungsu, who organized everything very well (Scooter, Pick Up etc.) and took care of me all the time. Probably the best Bungalow Option for this part of the town!!
No Wifi, but you can buy a Indonesian Sim Card. Road to the hotel is quite bumpy...

Really cute bungalows with plenty of space and a really nice open air bathroom. Everything smelled and looked so clean! They have a private beach in front which is nice to watch the sunset
The owner was really helpful, he gave us a lot of tips, organized motorbike rental and transport back to Kupang in a few seconds
The Wi-Fi didn’t work but we didn’t mind
For Indonesian standards, I think the room price would justify offering a wider breakfast choice - while what was served was good, there are no options and you get served what the kitchen decides. Also, there is no bar or restaurant onsite but there is a common kitchen if you want to cook your own meals
