ベッドのスプリングが少しへたっていたので、寝にくかった。温泉の利用時間帯で夜の時間をもう少し延長が望ましい。

お部屋の窓に目隠しさえ無ければ再訪したくなるかも。
Pros:

食事処を含め、スタッフさんが明るく笑顔で対応してくださり気持ちよく滞在できました。
お風呂もお部屋も清潔でした。

Cons:

窓からの眺望が酷かった。
真下にお風呂等があったからなのか、お部屋唯一の窓全面に目隠しが施されていたので暗く、牢屋に居るみたい…。
窓景が駐車場や向かいの建物の壁等なら今まで何度も経験しましたが、全面目隠しは初めてで、斜めに並んだ板の隙間から外の天気を見るあり様でした。
特にクレームは入れませんでしたが、だだっ広い土地に建っているホテルならばことさらに事前にメンションしておくべきでは？と感じるレベルでした。

Pros:

お風呂に入って、お食事をして、ゆっくり休む事が出来て最高でした。

当日、2重に予約を入れていることがわかりキャンセルしたのですが、普通ならキャンセル料が掛かる所無料でして頂き有難かったです。
