Amazing family stay!!
Pros:

The staff were beautiful and professional. We had two small children they were always keen to engage with them and make them happy.
Shuttle bus to the beach and shopping.
Shops in walking distance.

Our room was magnificent.

Cons:

Bali kollection shuttle would be helpful every 30mons not 60mins

Huippuallas, rantaklubi ja kuljetus sinne. Hyvin hoidettu ympäristö. Hyvä aamiainen.

Cons:

Pyyhkeitä oli vain kahdelle vaikka kolme henkilöä samassa huoneessa. Sängyt pienet, keittiön roskis hajalla. Sateen jälkeen makuuhuoneen lattialla oli vesilammikoita. Huone kaipaisi päivitystä. Osa henkilökuntaa hieman yliaktiivista lisämyynnin suhteen.

Pros:

An outstanding experience. In particular, I want to offer my highest commendation of the support we got from Lorensia Dayanara, from the Guest Experience team. I mistakenly left my laptop computer at the airport screening point. When I arrived back in Australia I contacted Lorensia, who had already been so helpful and nice to us in several ways during our two week stay at the Novotel. Lorensia offered to go to the airport and collect my laptop, then ship it to us via DHL Express.

Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bali.
Pros:

The Novotel is located in an garden-like area/suburb of Bali - Nusa Dua.

The pool are is huge, plenty of chairs and two-person gazebos and is well shaded.

The staff are amazing, always smiling and always helpful. One word summarizes the room et al - excellent and same for food.

Cons:

Minor issue is that all food drink and areas are open to the outside, not air-conditioned.

If its hot and humid, this could be an issue for some, though all areas have ceiling and portable fans to provide breeze to make it more comfortable.

The experience did not match what was advertised or what we paid for.
Pros:

The room was decorated for my birthday, which was a nice gesture. The beach club staff were also very kind and attentive during my birthday dinner.

Cons:

There was ongoing construction work in our building that was not disclosed prior to booking, with loud drilling and hammering from early morning until after 6pm, making the villa, outdoor area, and private pool largely unusable.
The first night was severely disrupted due to a burst kitchen pipe, with staff in and out of the villa until around 1am and a strong odour that lingered for several days.
Cleanliness on arrival was below expectations for a property advertised as 5-star.
We experienced repeated room key failures throughout the stay, resulting in being locked out multiple times.
There was also persistent promotion and sales pressure during the stay, which detracted from the ability to relax.

Pros:

Staff are fantastic, rooms and food options are all good value for money. Great pool, great food, awesome cocktails. Clean and large rooms. Special thanks to all the staff especially Dewa and Yoga for always going the extra mile. Hotel is perfect for families of all ages. We will happily return.

Cons:

Had an issue with air conditioning that was fixed very quickly. It didn't impact our stay.

Nice spot, could improve guest experience
Pros:

Big resort, lots of green space, good layout. Not far from the beach, you can walk although there is no footpath. Clean.

Cons:

Literally as soon as we arrived, one staff approached us to try to upsell or join some Accord club or something, not very nice to be ‘sold’ to as soon as you arrive. Disturbed unnecessarily multiple times by staff in our room (to bring more vouchers etc). Could have been more relaxing otherwise.
