Simply fix to make it perfect

Cons:

Plain glass toilet door in our room is ridiculous, while it may add to the openness it certainly isn't practical.
A bar with some music playing at night would have been nice as well.

Nice hotel but unfortunately I would not stay there again.
Pros:

Rooms were a good size and staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had to wait for our rooms well after 3pm then some of our luggage got lost from reception to our rooms. We were told our luggage was delivered to our rooms but on investigation it was still sitting at reception. A bit disorganised on our arrival and this did not sit well with the family. Not convinced this is a 5 star hotel, maybe 4 stars. I would expect better from a 5 star hotel.

Was a relaxing holiday but bevery wary of the Novotel when you arrive as they will attempt to upsell

We liked the entire property , gardens were amazing ,pool was spectacular

Cons:

Everything was overpriced
We also got talked into purchasing a upgrade on our originally booked apartment but got talked into upgrading to a acccor + which cost us AUD $350
The tactics used was very sad & sneaky and wasn’t properly communicated to us when we arrived ( it was also late and we were clearly not thinking right) and so we spent numerous times trying to resolve and even cancelling the Accor + but there guest experience staff was forever trying to deflect
Everytime I went to the cafe to have coffee there staff were always trying to talk me into purchasing time share ,very annoying and not acceptable
It really made us feel uncomfortable during our 1st trip to Bali
Even up until today 10/7/26 they have attempted to contact me again to have this resolved

Flott og trygt hotell
Pros:

Flott hotell for store og små. Genialt med shuttel til standen, men det er ikke mer enn 8-10 min å gå om du ønsker det. Fint strandområdet. Var rødt flagg alle dagene vi var på standen, men gutter på 11-13 år koste seg i bølgene med oss voksne til stede. En del strøm i vannet og til tider store bølger. Anbefaler å ta spa på standen til en veldig billig penge. God mat serveres på Beach Club som tilhører hotellet.Strandhåndkler låner du på staden og var ingen problem å finne solseng. Greie restauranter rundt hotellet som er mye rimeligere enn på hotellet. Frokost var det ingenting å klage på. Det er et trygt og godt hotell for familier, par og veldig tilrettelagt de som trenger gåstol eller rullestol.

Cons:

Ganske så høylytt musikk og mye folk, anbefaler å spise frokost før kl 08.00. Vi var her i høysesongen, så kan være derfor.

Pros:

The new beach club was great. The apartment was amazing for a family, so much space…. Restaurant was great… will definitely be our default booking… happy hours were happy…
