Beautiful gardens and perfect location to relax and enjoy your time.
Pros:

The grounds of the hotel are just beautiful and well maintained. We love the gardens and the gorgeous flowers everywhere . The location is perfect to walk around and to go to the nearby beach and see the sunrise and the sunset every day . The staff in general was friendly and some really try their best to accommodate to our needs. They tried their best to provide a good Gluten Free breakfast for us. They were amazing making sure we were having a very smooth check in into our new room. We will definitely comeback.

Cons:

The beach area needs better care, the sand in the sunbathing are was dirty during the 2 weeks we were there. The service at the pool restaurant has room for improvement, the service is extremely slow.

Pros:

Beautiful facilities and super spacious rooms. We loved our 3 bedroom apartment, it was perfect for our 2 families. I also have to make special mention of the extremely wonderful guest experience Manager, Grace, who went above and beyond when our son ended up needing an emergency department and surgery. Her and the housekeeping team's care and concern was beyond anything we expected.
We all hope to come back soon, it was a brilliant choice for accommodation.

Cons:

We had a one stage a water leak coming through our bathroom ceiling but the staff fixed it asap

Bali bliss
Pros:

This is a beautiful resort, with everything you could need for a wonderful relaxing holiday. A short walk away, a shopping street has cafes, spas, shops and laundries. The Bali Collection, an up-market shopping mall is a short shuttle-bus ride away, as is the beach club.

Cons:

The cocktails were a little weak and tasteless.

كل كل شي المنتجع خلصت اقامتي فيه ثم رجعت له اخر يوم قبل امشي للمطار

Pyyhkeitä oli vain kahdelle vaikka kolme henkilöä samassa huoneessa. Sängyt pienet, keittiön roskis hajalla. Sateen jälkeen makuuhuoneen lattialla oli vesilammikoita. Huone kaipaisi päivitystä. Osa henkilökuntaa hieman yliaktiivista lisämyynnin suhteen.

Amazing family stay!!
Pros:

The staff were beautiful and professional. We had two small children they were always keen to engage with them and make them happy.
Shuttle bus to the beach and shopping.
Shops in walking distance.

Our room was magnificent.

Cons:

Bali kollection shuttle would be helpful every 30mons not 60mins

Pros:

An outstanding experience. In particular, I want to offer my highest commendation of the support we got from Lorensia Dayanara, from the Guest Experience team. I mistakenly left my laptop computer at the airport screening point. When I arrived back in Australia I contacted Lorensia, who had already been so helpful and nice to us in several ways during our two week stay at the Novotel. Lorensia offered to go to the airport and collect my laptop, then ship it to us via DHL Express.
