La qualité du petit déjeuner, le confort dans les chambres surtout la literie très bien
Une vraie déception sur le sens de l’hospitalité
Nous avons séjourné 7 jours dans cet hôtel pour un montant d’environ 2 200 €, ce qui représente tout de même un budget conséquent et nous faisait naturellement attendre un niveau de service à la hauteur du standing annoncé.
L’hôtel est agréable dans l’ensemble et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner, qui est probablement le point fort de notre séjour. En revanche, pour un resort de cette catégorie, rien ne nous a réellement impressionnés. La piscine, notamment, nous a semblé assez décevante par rapport à ce que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement de ce standing.
Mais notre principale déception concerne surtout le manque de considération et de sens de l’hospitalité à la fin de notre séjour.
Nous avions déjà payé un supplément pour bénéficier d’un late check-out jusqu’à 18h. Notre vol, initialement prévu vers minuit, a finalement été retardé de 4 heures, avec un départ en pleine nuit vers 4h du matin. Voyageant avec deux enfants, nous avons simplement demandé s’il était possible de conserver la chambre deux heures supplémentaires, afin qu’ils puissent se reposer un peu avant cette très longue nuit.
Malgré le contexte, l'hôtel nous a immédiatement demandé un nouveau supplément financier.
Bien entendu, un hôtel est libre d'appliquer ses conditions tarifaires. Mais l'hospitalité ne se résume pas uniquement à appliquer un tarif à chaque demande. Après un séjour de 7 jours à environ 2 200 €, auquel s'ajoutait déjà le coût du late check-out, nous aurions apprécié un minimum de souplesse et surtout un geste commercial face à une situation totalement indépendante de notre volonté.
C'est malheureusement l'impression avec laquelle nous quittons cet établissement : celle d'être davantage considérés comme un numéro de chambre et une source de revenus que comme des clients.

Staff lovely
Rooms outdated compared to the pictures. It was a fight for the sunbeds at the beach section and even people putting out towels around the pool before they had breakfast. Breakfast was standard buffet style nothing to rave about. Had dinner in the hotel one night and it was just alright you get nicer outside of the hotel. Also had no hot water in our bathroom

Chef that prepared the live masala dosa seemed to be inexperienced in Indian cooking and brought a very burnt dosa which we had to politely refuse and had him make us another dosa which was better but broken into pieces
Fantastic stay! So clean. Wonderful room close to everything. The kids loved the playground and chess set they spent hours playing.
All staff were always so friendly and engaging each time. Nothing was too much trouble! Happy hour was buy one get one, not too bad although lots of arak.
Rooms were great always serviced. Clean linen and comfortable bedding. Rooms clean and tidy great aircon. Great water pressure and clean bathroom!
Only downfall was not much of a family friendly pool vibe with games or an atmosphere to meet people.
Being sold a room for 4 people- 2adults 2 children with only 1 king bed. Luckily we were credited a free trundle bed which made the stay much more pleasant! Thank you!
