Flott og trygt hotell
Pros:

Flott hotell for store og små. Genialt med shuttel til standen, men det er ikke mer enn 8-10 min å gå om du ønsker det. Fint strandområdet. Var rødt flagg alle dagene vi var på standen, men gutter på 11-13 år koste seg i bølgene med oss voksne til stede. En del strøm i vannet og til tider store bølger. Anbefaler å ta spa på standen til en veldig billig penge. God mat serveres på Beach Club som tilhører hotellet.Strandhåndkler låner du på staden og var ingen problem å finne solseng. Greie restauranter rundt hotellet som er mye rimeligere enn på hotellet. Frokost var det ingenting å klage på. Det er et trygt og godt hotell for familier, par og veldig tilrettelagt de som trenger gåstol eller rullestol.

Cons:

Ganske så høylytt musikk og mye folk, anbefaler å spise frokost før kl 08.00. Vi var her i høysesongen, så kan være derfor.

Nusa Dua for the family
Pros:

The new beach club was great. The apartment was amazing for a family, so much space…. Restaurant was great… will definitely be our default booking… happy hours were happy…

The grounds were beautiful

Cons:

The service was quite slow, from ordering to reviving drinks took up to 45minutes and toilet paper restocking in the pool area took 3 hours with multiple staff being asked.

Great location and staff are amazing but needs a refit of the rooms

Is amazing. The staff are incrediable. It’s a short walk from the Bali Collective and Main Street.

Cons:

It is very run down, some of the rooms are
So dark while other that have had refits are light and airy.

Hotel is a bit far from the beach but is near local restaurants and shops.
Pros:

LOCATION: The location offers a good balance between local experiences and tourist conveniences.

SECURITY & RESOURCES: The hotel is foreigner-friendly, secure, and equipped with the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It is situated within a gated development with dedicated security personnel, providing an added sense of safety and privacy.

CHEAP FOOD OPTIONS: For those looking to explore beyond the typical tourist spots, there are also local food stalls and eateries nearby that offer more affordable options. I highly recommend trying the family-run restaurants just outside the gated area for a more authentic local dining experience.

Cons:

SHOWER: I wish the shower area were separated from the bathtub. Having both in the same space leaves a significant portion of the bathroom underutilized and makes the layout feel less efficient.

CLEANLINESS: Room cleanliness could also be improved. I checked in approximately eight hours later than the standard check-in time, which should have provided ample time for room preparation. However, I noticed several strands of long blonde hair in both the bathroom and living area.

GYM: I love going the the gym, it's a shame that the gym closes at 9:00pm.

SNACKS: One small touch that would greatly enhance the guest experience would be to provide a few complimentary refreshments upon arrival. I checked in past 10:00 PM when most nearby restaurants were already closed, leaving me with limited options for food. Even a simple snack, such as a small pack of chips or crackers, would have been greatly appreciated and helped tide me over for the evening. 🙂

A great relaxing environment close to the beach and close to Bali collection shops / markets also close to The Airpo
Pros:

The facilities were great the outdoor pool and bars were a great place to relax and have fun with the family

Cons:

I did find meals took too long to be served . For dinner and lunches It was consistently up-to 1 hour from time of order …. But the food was fresh good quality. Pricing was expensive … but yo be expensive given it’s at the hotel.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Good space. Room was really good.

Beach not really ideal for kids and swim.
Menu too limited
The discount card is annoying. You need to carry it everywhere, you lose it or forget to use and you don't get the discount.
If we win the discount card, should be applied to the final bill automatically.
Front desk need to stop sending letters to customer asking to pay the bill every two days. If you see someone booked in long period, big family, if they want to open the tab, just ask for large deposit. Nobody explained it to me and I get annoyed of hotel asking me to pay all the time. Once the Bar did want to charge me saying I did not have tab.

Just Ok
Pros:

Good management and staff was good and attentive, gave all the information very nicely
Any requests for additional items were attended to promptly.

Cons:

The property has a beech but it is small and far from the resort - not connected to the resort - takes 5mins by club car to transfer to the beech - no direct access
