Péssimo pós venda, recepção despreparada, gerência inacessível.
Pros:

O hotel está bem localizado, oferece um ótimo café da manhã.

Cons:

Ficamos sem água quente no quarto, das 6h da manhã até o momento em que saímos do hotel por volta de 12h
Reclamamos e simplesmente fomos informados que iriam resolver o problema, mas não resolveram e não pudemos tomar banho no hotel, uma vez que estamos no inverno e é impossível banho frio.
Pagamos a diária para estarmos em um hotel superior e simplesmente fomos ignorados, com a desculpa que em alguns minutos iriam resolver, não ofereceram nenhuma alternativa ou se desculparam pelo inconveniente.

Acomodação, limpeza, café da manhã, roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas, chuveiro bom.
Gosto do Cambirela.

Cons:

Apenas as luzes de cabeceira, muito fortes e próximas da cabeça.. Frigobar poderia ser melhor.
