Overall a good satisfactory stay
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Ideally located in city

Cons:

Electricity cuts. Rooms could be cleaner. some of it need renovation.

Stay was good.
Pros:

Location is quite good. Breakfast has good option. Since we visit Palakkad for some personal work, many times we have to leave quite early around 7.30 am. At that time nothing (breakfast starts at 8 am ) is available. Hotel could consider providing simple items like bread toast and coffee /tea if the customer has an early start.

Cons:

AC cooling is not optimum. That needs improvement. Bill counter takes time to process the bill at the time of check out even when customer informs them in advance about the time of check out.
