Die Nähe zum S-Bahnhof und die Umgebung

Cons:

Die Ferienwohnung wird zum Großteil an Arbeiter dauervermietet. Eine Vermietung an Hotelgäste ist unverständlich. Dusche verschimmelt, Sessel und alle Einrichtungsgegenstände extrem verschmutzt und kaputt. Küche und Bad eine Zumutung. Ich hatte das Zimmer für meinen Besuch aus dem Ergebirge gebucht. Das war mir unfassbar unangenehm, da auf BOOKING mit "sehr gut" bewertet wurde.

Nice accommodation in good location
Pros:

The double room is of a good comfortable size. Conveniently located just next to the station. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The furniture is dated. There was a lot of dust on the kettle and glasses.

Weekend stay in Berlin
Pros:

For our visit, this apartment was all we needed, with the S-Bahn right across the road it meant we could get into Berlin and Bernau very easily. The apartment also felt spacious, there was enough room for myself my son and two teenage daughters without being on top of each other.

Cons:

There was a few little things that needed attention, curtain poles coming out of the wall, metal cover in the children's room come away from the wall and the shower had an issue that was reported at the time. I also think there should be a toaster in the apartment as well.

Pros:

Ligging was goed, uitvalsbasis naar Berlijn met het openbaar vervoer was handig. Zeker gaan eten in de Pocoloco

Cons:

Te weinig ruimte voor 5 volwassenen, badkamer wordt nat tijdens het douchen. Geen airconditioning, warm bij heet weer.
