Woda w basenie była większość czasu zielona ,gdy byli goście to dbali o basen ale kiedy zostaliśmy sami Woda była zielona i pompy powyłączane.Sprzątanie pokoju co drugi dzień, bylo nas 5 w pokoju ale trzeba bylo się upominać o ręczniki bo dawali za mało

The cleaning was not good and there was trash everywhere on the property. Also stray dogs were all around at the breakfast area which didnt feel nice with our small kids.

Для Вьетнама все в порядке - муравьишки , не новая мебель , геконы, уборка не каждый день . Но она была )

Un sérieux manque d'entretien et de nettoyage. Les travaux de réparation simples ne sont pas fait avant l'arrivée des clients. Matelas à changer, idem transat, idem mobilier à retaper, idem peintures à refaire ... bref, mauvais rapport qualité prix. Dommage.

Personalen förstod inte när man försökte beställa mat eller dricka. Samt att där sprang lösa hundar utanför och i hotellobbyn som inte är trevligt när man har småbarn.
Samt allmänt skitigt o mycket skräp på hotellet runt om poolen. Rummet hade Smutsiga väggar, samt de var väldigt dammigt och massa djur inne på rummet. Badrummet hade även fullt med myror små o stora som kröp både på väggar, golv och i toaletten.

Scruffy and tired and alongside derelict wasteland and fields where the farmer next door with chain saw was chopping and burning trees at 7am. The pool was filthy, green slime in the bottom. The owners have several dogs which are running around you in the reception and bar restaurant area. We had a simple meal there when we arrived which was almost inedible.

Dirty! Every where..floors not sweep, smelt of dogs,settee was dirty and had marks and bugs on, dinning tables and chairs were filthy. Nothing wiped down. The whole place was grubby and what was the best part the pool was black. Rooms were dirty. Nothing like photos.

The property is run down and poorly maintained and managed. My room had dead bugs stuck on the curtains, a hole in the ceiling and dirty marks on the walls. The room and the entire resort needs a good clean and a refresh. The pool was unusable for two days of my four day stay because there was green scum floating all through it. They eventually cleaned it up but I never went in as I felt uncomfortable having seen it in its prior state. The staff are not professional or proactive and never changed my towels or gave me drinking water or soap for four days. My room faced the pool and they did nothing to stop a late night party which went on between 1:30-3:30 am outside of my room. Then they didn’t clean up the mess of empty beer cans and cigarette butts left at the poolside outside my room until about 10:30 the following day. I didn’t dare eat there because it was not clean, but they tried to charge me for food when i checked out. I have stayed in a lot of different places throughout Vietnam and this has been the worst by far.

Dirty, rundown, no separate shower stall (shower spout and toilet next to each other). Pool was not maintained (water was brown). The pool area littered with cigarettes and empty beer cans that no one cleans up. Tables in the restaurant were never bused. Rooms were only cleaned on request and soap/water was not replenished. The bathroom we had a strange area that was partially open to the outside and our towels were often infested with large spiders. At checkout we were accused of not paying for spring rolls - we did not order food there - it was filthy. The owners have a great location and could do really do well if they invested money in the property and hired people who cared. One couple, who had prepaid, arrived and decided not to stay due to condition of place - they were willing to forfeit cost of one night’s stay. Mediocre at best.
