Пълно разочарование
Pros:

Стаята ни миришеше на мухъл. В ресторанта обслужването е незадоволително и неуважително. Има несъотвестствие в предлаганото в менюто и реалното блюдо. Поръчах вратна пържола, донесоха ми панирано свинско. При сигнал от моя страна, сервитьорът не реагира. Аз съм с глутенова непоносимост.
За две нощувки можеха поне кошчето да почистят ежедневно.

Cons:

Хигиена, обслужване в ресторанта, кухнята ползва най- евтинки продукти.

За местоположението-много екзотично но извън сезона-пустош ,пък и на разстояние 17 км от най-плизкия град,с тия планински /1400м/ надморска височина завои,малко множко ми идва

Да, на първо място изхранването е на ниско ниво и доста високи цени,кафе експресо с мляко 3,80лв,бира бутилка 3-5лв ястие под 12лв няма,за разнообразие и дума да не става,,,,,,,,,да скарата бе най-предлагано но,,,,,,,,,

Pros:

Хотелът е приличен. Проблемът е обслужването в ресторанта - един час и 40 минути чакахме за да ни сервират салатите, защото "обслужвали по ред", което значи, че на първата поръчала маса приготваят и сервират всичко(от салата до десерт) и после минават на следващата и така ние получихме салатите си в 21,10 часа при направена поръчка в 19,30.

Pros:

Природата е страхотна. Истинско спокойствие и чист въздух. Хотела е на много удобно място. Храната е топ. Няма по-добър ресторант в околността. Задължително пробвайте ризотото с манатарки. Няма да сбъркате.
