Unsafe conditions – stalking ignored by hotel
During my stay, I experienced serious safety issues. A male employee working at cafeteria repeatedly followed me whenever I left my room, including to the lobby, reception, and even outside the property. I documented this with photographs. I reported the matter multiple times to the owner and staff, but they dismissed my concerns and refused to act, even though security cameras could have confirmed my report.
Instead of acknowledging the issue, the owner denied the problem and falsely accused me of seeking profit. This was not about service quality, but about my personal safety being compromised.
As a U.S. citizen, I did not feel safe or protected at this property. Future guests should be aware of the risks.
