The location was good atleast, endless (overpriced) restaurants and massage parlours.
Beds were comfy enough.
Tv was bigger than we expected.
Fridge was cold enough.
The worst part is, in the entire 3rd floor rooms, and im assuming the other floors too, there is this incredibly loud vibrating/rumbling industrial noise coming from either an aircon or what I can only assume is a damn truck parked in someone's unit, you will not be able to relax or sleep, you will have a constant headache the entire time like we did, you will not be able to work if you have to, its unbelievable how the owners act so nonchalant and expect people to live with hat 24/7 noise torture when there has been complaints about it from over 1 year ago, I cannot express how bad the sound is andits non stop all day all night.
The "hot water" is completely weather permitting the sun has to be out for 8 hours a day, we had 4 days with freezing cold showers.
The unit was filthy, grim and sludge all over the inside of the window frames, my wife and daughter were coughing and sneezing so I had to scrub that disgusting muck off, years of water sludge.
Behind the shelves and under the beds are disgracefully filthy, dust, old cards and rubbish.
I hope you like stray dogs, (cant really blame the hotel for this one but here it is) because a family of 4 have setup shop right outside the hotel, barking at 4 am, filthy, full of flesh rot and fleas, tearing rubbish out of bins right outside the hotel.
Very accommodating, would stay again when returning to Phu Quoc. In the centre and everything is within 50min drive on the island. The Lady at reception was extremely nice and helped with any requests. Recommend to anyone visiting phu quoc.

The price could've been a bit lower, but you get what you pay for which was pretty good

Lovely rooms that have many small personal touches from toothbrushes to a teapot. Fantastic value for money , i had read poor reviews and was worried to book but this accomdation went beyond my expectations absolutely beautiful rooms.
Shower is good but hot water is very temperamental. Very new rooms still plastic coverings on light switches etc, tv was unable to plug in. Nothing major, overall would highly recommend this place.
Clean, no bugs, comfi bed, good location and relatively quiet. In general, room looked nice and was ok. Basics are there, including moni fridge, AC, cups, tooth brush, comb etc.
Room was spacious, had heavy curtains and generally matched the pictures (yet on closer inspection bathroom needs an update)
While most of furniture looks nice, few items in the shower litteraly broke down when I touched them. Soap canister was leaking. Update is needed.
There was no hot/warm water.
Staff doesn't speak English and reacts very negatively if you show them the price difference between booking and what they asked for.
Found much better accomodation for half the price (compared to a heavily discounted price at this place).
