Pros:

Breakfast was very good. There is free parking space which is a plus if you go by car. The staf was really nice.

Sehr leise und sehr bequem. Perfekte Start für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen

Viel Platz, zuvorkommende Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Nicht weit Weg von Seen

Cons:

Das einzige was wir nicht ganz verstanden haben ist die Tatsache, dass Gasherd aus war und wir konnten nichts selber Zubereiten. War für uns kein Problem, da wir nur einmal Eier kochen wollten. Das könnte uns dann Hotelpersonal auf Hotelküche erledigen

Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino al lago di Lugano e a 15 minuti da Menaggio. Colazione con scelta salata,dolce e frutta, non ho provato il ristorante. Camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Personale gentile. L'hotel è in una via privata quindi c'è tutto il parcheggio che si vuole.

Für ein Zwischenstation am Luganer See gut geeignet.
Pros:

Gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und freundliches Personal

Cons:

Beim Funktionstest der Klimaanlage, konnte diese nicht mehr ausgeschaltet werden und lief im Heizbetrieb. Auch hier war keine Änderung möglich, so dass ich in der Nacht gezwungen war die Sicherung abzuschalten.

Nice place with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The room was tidy and clean.

Cons:

Though it was tidy, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable, and the “queen size bed” turned out to be two separate beds pushed together without a proper top mattress. You could really feel the gap in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. If these things can be improved, it will be a much better place to stay.

Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Es hatte gratis Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Es gab kein Frühstücksbuffet wie auf den Bildern von Booking zu sehen, man musste auf einem Zettel ankreuzen was man zum Frühstück will. Eigentlich eine gute Sache gegen Foodwaste, doch trotzdem etwas komisch.
