Exceptional Service
Pros:

Old building so the odd creak but immaculately decorated with a degree of grandeur. Staff are great and provide amazing service. It is more a relaxing hotel than work hotel but worth a visit under any circumstances.

Staff not super alert at check in and afternoon coffee -had to look for them and kitchen missed out on allergy even though mentioned at the beginning of the dinner serving
