Kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

1870 erbaut aber gut in Stand gehalten.
Der Charme des Jahrhunderts wurde auch im Innenbereich erhalten.
Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Superlage mit schönem Park.

Cons:

Auf der Toilette saß man mit den Füßen in der Dusche. Sehr beengt.
Damals legte man eben keinen großen Wert auf Badezimmer.
Keine Mückennetze vor den Fenstern.
Wäre hier aber wegen der Nähe zur Ostsee absolut angebracht.
Morgens „lebte“ die Decke über dem Fenster.

Perfekter Einstieg in den Skandinavien-Urlaub

Außergewöhnlich schön gelegen. Charmantes Haus mit geschmackvoller klassischer Einrichtung, einschließlich Kunst an den Wänden. Herausragende Küche; auch außerhalb der Gourmet-Menüs durchaus in Hauben-Qualität!

Cons:

An das dänische Preisniveau in der Gastronomie wird man sich als Gast aus den Nachbarländern wohl erst noch gewöhnen müssen…

Fascino senza tempo

Hotel Frederiksminde è uno di quei luoghi in cui ci si trova catapultati in un’altra epoca, in un albergo fin de siècle dal fascino immutato e senza tempo.
Ha quel sapore unico delle strutture autentiche, che hanno saputo conservare nel tempo le caratteristiche che ne fanno un albergo di qualità, modernizzando al contempo quegli aspetti essenziali per offrire un soggiorno contemporaneo e confortevole.
Così, quei corridoi con il parquet scricchiolante conducono a camere ricche di elementi storici e dettagli unici, capaci però di creare il giusto equilibrio con le esigenze di un riposo confortevole. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono caffè e bevande, mentre il personale è sempre attento, presente e discreto.
Una nota di merito particolare va alla colazione: studiata, curata e volutamente senza un’infinità di possibilità, regala un momento davvero da incorniciare, anche grazie alla splendida sala in cui viene servita.
E poi c’è il luogo, che da solo merita il viaggio. L’hotel è incastonato in un paesaggio di rara bellezza e pace, circondato dal fiordo e dalla natura.
È un posto che non va semplicemente visitato: bisogna lasciarsi avvolgere dallo spirito del luogo per coglierne davvero il fascino.

Cons:

Questa estate è stata la chiara dimostrazione di come il cambiamento climatico stia portando temperature sempre più torride e difficili da gestire anche in Paesi che, fino a qualche anno fa, raramente vivevano estati così calde e soffocanti.
In questo contesto, la mancanza di climatizzazione in camera, unita all’impossibilità di tenere le finestre aperte per la presenza di possibili insetti dovuti all’ambiente naturale circostante, alla lunga potrebbe rappresentare un problema per il comfort degli ospiti.
In futuro investirei sicuramente in una soluzione, anche considerando il progressivo aumento delle temperature estive.

Albergo e posizione bellissimi, purtroppo ci sono stati parecchie lacune nei servizi.
Pros:

Posizione splendida, ed i arredi del hotel molto belli.

Cons:

Mi dispiace dirlo ma la pulizia della camera è stata carente ed l’attenzione verso il cliente presso che assente, peccato perché l’albergo è davvero molto bello e la posizione magnifico.

Cons:

La propreté n’était pas terrible, beaucoup d’araignées circulaient à cause de l’absence de nettoyage des débords de toits qui étaient pleins de toiles d’araignée. Il en était de même pour les fenêtres de la salle du petit déjeuner.
Le bar autonome n’était pas nettoyé la journée du lundi, des capsules présentés le dimanche étaient encore là le mardi matin…

Das liebevoll zubereitete und persönlich servierte Frühstück verliert an den Folgetagen seinen Reiz, da es sich wiederholt. Etwas mehr Abwechslung könnte hier guttun.

Bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse hätte ich Ansprechpartner auch nach 16 Uhr erwartet. - Die beiden anwesenden Personen waren extrem unmotiviert und wenig hilfsbereit.
