Pleasant but different!
Pros:

Bathroom too small. We were the only guests. Not able to eat dinner at the hotel.

Værelset var som sagt ikke noget at råbe hurra for, maden var stedets Michelinstjernen værdigt

Rustige nacht in een ouderwets maar stijlvol hotel
Pros:

De rustige ligging aan het water, de grote tuin, de hartelijke ontvangst, het lekkere ontbijt, het kwalitatieve bed (1m60 breed), gratis parking voor de auto net voor het hotel (wel niet onder de kastanjeboom parkeren!). Echt een hotel zoals het vroeger was, de grandeur van weleer.

Cons:

De kamer was niet modern, oude meubels, echt uit grootmoeders tijd met dito geur in de kamer. We reisden met een hond (Vizsla) dus kregen we de kamer "van de hond". De oppervlakte was klein, weinig ruimte rond het bed voor zijn Cozy Cave. We betaalden Dkr 350 extra omdat we een hond meebrachten, dat is erg duur voor een kortharige hond die in zijn eigen bed slaapt en amper op de kamer was. Er moest achteraf niet extra gepoetst worden owv hond, zeker niet als je de "kamer van de hond" krijgt! Die extra kost vonden wij dus ruim overdreven. De badkamer was ook erg klein en zonder daglicht. Als je op het toilet zat, stonden je voeten in de douche. We hebben goed geslapen maar we vonden dit hotel in vergelijking met de andere plekken waar we verbleven in Denemarken, erg duur. Goed voor een gepensioneerd koppel, maar dan wel eentje zonder hond ;-)

The locatio.n great The breakfast good. And team at breakfast was kind and service was excelent.

Cons:

The reception was closed at 4 pm when arrived.Key left and instruction to get it were via booking .unfortunately as no connection it took us windy cold hour to get key . no phone to call. No one to assist.
There is no elevator to room .very difficult.
There was no coffee at room. Just in lobby .. No milk.No tea. No kettle to get warm water.
Bed was noisy . Need repair.
No normal window.
Hotel was almost empty .They could offer a water view.but no human service. no phone.
In evening the hotel restaurant closed from sunday to wed.we slept hungry .
This is historical hotel. Need more attention to.meet the 4 star hotel. .

Ett högst charmerande litet hotell anno 1870, där man ansträngt sig för att skapa en helhet i enlighet med detta. Middagen levde upp till Michelins 1 stjärna.
