Very good value for money
Pros:

Close to the ferry port (walking distance with cases), supermarket & restaurants. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No kettle or fridge in room as advertised which was disappointing but that being said not a game changer.
There would be issues if you were a wheelchair user due to the step up into the lift!

Parfait pour prendre le ferry .
Pros:

Chambre confortable , très propre , au calme et proche de l embarcadère pour prendre le ferry pour phuquoc . . L hôtel possède un ascenseur ce qui est très appréciable lorsque la chambre se trouve au 3 étage .

Cons:
