Pros:

Location was nice, overlooking the river and the attached restaurant served good food. Staff were very helpful and supportive. Specially RK who was always ready to help.

Cons:

The rooms looked very old and dated.

Amazing Place
Pros:

Loved the place. Pet friendly, beautiful location, very peaceful. Courteous staff, special shout out to RK and Teg Bahadur and all staff, smiling and greeting guests. This place is on my saved list for all my Goa trips hereon.

Cons:

Quick suggestion, more storage space in rooms and maybe a sit out in the room as well.

Comfortable stay value for money
Pros:

Good location at scenic background. Easy in accessible by road from Panaji. Good spread of breakfast. Spacious rooms overviewing the river. Helpful staff members. Bit overused property however still give value for money. Bathroom size was big.

Cons:

Bit of smell from the kitchen as my room was next to it. No fridge in the room. In Goa people would like to stuff beverages however it was not possible. We had to store at the reception. Outside porch chairs and table were warnout.

Riverfront location and spacious rooms

Cons:

Not enough furniture in the room. Not a single chair!!! Such a spacious room should have at least some seating arrangement! The patio had a table and chairs but that is outdoor furniture and one cannot sit there in the evening due to mosquitoes. Also, no rack to place the suitcase.
The cupboard had one shelf and I had to put my small suitcase on that one shelf.
There should be either a bolt or safety chain on the inside of the room door. There was just a key and it could be opened from outside by the master key.

Cons:

Le personnel est très professionnel et les chambres propres, mais je m'attendait à un lieu plus zen au bord de la rivière et l'ambiance ne correspondait pas vraiment à mes attentes. C'est un lieu assez impersonnel au bord d une route et les chambres donnent sur les cuisines ce qui est un.peu bruyant. C'est surtout connu pour son restaurant. C'est un lieu "branché" ou les touristes indiens viennent dîner, avec de la musique moderne assez forte et une terrasse remplie de monde le soir.
