Стаите са големи.

Cons:

Камериерка не влезе през целия престой. Имаше някакви буболечки, които ни нахапаха. Сауната не работеше. Басейнът е малък за броя гости на хотела. Закуската е малко, свършва бързо, няма голямо разнообразие. Няма гардероби във всички стаи. Плаща се допълнително за галати и миришат на цигари. Спално то бельо е старо, вижда се как е изтъркано на места.

Местоположението е много добро.

Cons:

Разочарование. Масата за закуска беше празна в 9:45. Нямаше дори чисти чинии. Извадиха чинии, след като попитах, но категорично отказаха да заредят масата с хранителни продукти. Аргументът беше, че закуската приключва в десет. Проблемът беше споделен на рецепция, но господинът, който беше там нямаше никакво намерение да се опита да разреши ситуацията, защото според него всичко е наред. Другият проблем е, че стаята, в която ни настаниха миришеше ужасно на цигарен дим. Сякаш някой току-що е пушил там. На рецепция същият господин заяви, че нищо не зависи от тях. Питам се познати ли са им стандартите в хотелиерството. Преди да настаниш гости трябва да си убеден, че с помещенията всичко е наред. А за закуската, масата трябва да е заредена до момента в който същата приключва.
