Tutto perfetto: la posizione e’ centrale, vicina alla spiaggia convenzionata. La colazione e’ ricca e varia (ci sono torte, pane -entrambi cucinati in loco) marmellate, frutta, yogurt…Il personale e’ sempre disponibile e gentile. Mi sono trovata proprio bene e spero di tornarci presto. La consiglio vivamente.

La posizione era fantastica e la maggior parte dello staff gentile e accogliente.
Pulizia della camera al minimo, durante la notte il bimbo ha sporcato le lenzuola, sono andata a chiederne di pulite,chi era in servizio, come prima cosa mi ha detto che non sapeva dove fossero, cercando un pò è riuscito a trovarne qualcuno, il tutto in modo scocciato.
Costo estremo rispetto ai servizi, solo perchè erano i giorni di ferragosto.
La vicinanza alla spiaggia, il personale gentile e premuroso, pulizia e prima colazione super.

Firstly the location. It is literally a two minute walk from the hotel to the linked beach. This beach gives a little discount for hotel guests, is very clean, has comfortable beds and all the facilities you need. The water is clean and was still warm in September.
The hotel is also on the main road where all the restaurants and shops are so is in easy walk of everything. It has a small bar itself and some tables and chairs where you can sit and watch the world go by. There is a number of restaurants who give a discount to guests of hotel Suzy
The hotel is situated in a parking controlled zone and there is no parking for any guests at hotels BUT we were told by the team where we could park for free.
The hotel is not far from the centre of Rimini. There are bikes you can use for free and we used them to ride the exceptional coastal path to Rimini another great historic town for a visit. The other direction is Portoverde and Cattolica both worth a visit for a change and more restaurants and bars
This is a well placed hotel to use as a base. We also visited the fortified town of Gradura and San Marino is also worth a visit only 30 mins drive away. The views from here were unforgettable.
The Simoncelli circuit is not far away. It is
Walkable, you can get the bus but we drove. Parking at the circuit is free but you have to walk to the gates.
On to the hotel. The rooms are quite basic but very clean and you have everything you need.
The towels and bedding were changed every day. There were some free toiletries.
There is 24/7 reception which is great for early/late arrivals.
This is a family run hotel and Simona and Michael are exceptional hosts. We had a rainy day and without us asking they came and gave us a list of things we may want to do in the bad weather.
Nothing was too much trouble for them or their team.

If I was being hypercritical I small fridge in the room would have been ideal.
