Cleanliness is lacking
They asked for more money than what was mentioned. Even the charged 300 for early check in instead of 30%

The staffs were awesome the really treated us like a guest not like the other hotel who treated them like a customer.
Cleaniness is the major factor which disappoints me about the hotel .
