Perfekt für ein Wochenende
Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück war wunderbar.
Parkplatz ist nicht einbfach zu finden in der Straße, aber so ist es halt.
Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze.
Sonst ist das Hotel perfekt für einen Städtetripp.
Vorher anrufen bei der Anreise damit der Inhaber auch da ist.

Disappointed and over priced

The location was good

Cons:

The owner was very rude when we arrived, told us he had no booking for my husband and I and then one of his staff confirmed we had a booking. I booked this hotel as it was dog friendly but the owner told me he doesn't accept dogs so I said give me a refund and I'll leave but he said he couldn't. The towels in the bedroom were very hard and the breakfast wasn't good. I would never return here. Maybe because we were from the uk living in Spain it was a problem, the owner obviously preferred German clientele

Charming hotel but expensive for the quality of the room and general service.
Pros:

Great location and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Poor bedding and lack of pillows. Bathroom needed updating and we were left with wet towels even though the room had been cleaned. Also very noisy as there seems to be no insulation at all between the rooms or with the ceilings/floors.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, fine omgivelser og den hyggeligste gård hvor morgenmaden blev serveret. Super fin service og meget skønt personale.

Quaint bed and breakfast in the tranquil town of Santanyi short drive to east coast beaches.
Pros:

Perfect location if you are seeking a small, quiet town close to the popular east coast beaches of Mallorca. The "Hotel" was actually a very quaint bed and breakfast with 7 rooms, operated by a very nice family who will take good care of you. Comfortable rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The breakfast on the tranquil patio each morning was fantastic. Parts of Mallorca have become overrun with tourists and rowdy bars and restaurants. Stay here for some tranquility and easy access to the east coast of Mallorca.

Great location some things could be improved
Pros:

The location is incredible! the town's square and shops are steps away and the market is right below which is very convenient as you can plan attending when crowds are manageable. Great breakfast and the room had pretty good space. Very clean and overall comfortable.

Cons:

Like others mentioned the reception is not manned all the time. I received an email at 10:30am of the day of our check in to schedule a check in time to be let in. We were traveling from new york on a red eye, so we did not see that email only when we were on our way. The manager/owner? seemed annoyed that I never answered his email. Maybe if it is sent a few days before hand rather than day of we would have planned better? He definitely did not give us a warm welcome so just a heads up regarding the attitude. The beds did not have a blanket and the bedding/sheets could be updated. Since the reception is not manned all the time if you have any needs no one can help you. Ok stay since location was great and room was clean and spacious, unsure if I would stay again.

Gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage (5 Minuten zur nächsten Busstation und zum nächsten Supermarkt). Unser Zimmer (mit Dachterrasse) war wunderschön und komfortabel, es war alles da, was man benötigt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen, die wir kennenlernen durften, waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht, uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Klare Empfehlung!

Pros:

We stay for three nights. Room was on the top floor with micro window oriented on the street and all night noisy.
Water is salty not for showering.
Breakfast poor and every day the same.
it's not worth the money

In the heart
Pros:

Located in the heart of Santanyi. Its clean and cosy. The Ibiza room with the terrace was very nice of an evening to relax.

Cons:

Beds are big but lack standard linen, blankets and comfortable pillows which you would expect at the price. Hot water takes a lifetime to come on in shower.
