Excellent, very reasonably priced accommodation in Santiago's neighbourhood teeming with students.
Plenty of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants in the vicinity.
The town's historical centre is 10 minutes away by walking.
The hosts are friendly, and your breakfast (very nice!) will be delivered to your room at the time of your choice.

O hotel é bem simples, porém, excelente custo benefício. Ambiente aconchegante, limpo, cordial, café da manhã satisfatório e bem localizado, próximo a supermercados, restaurantes e do metrô (estação República). Agradeço ao anfitrião Santiago pela recepção excepcional, deu dicas e recomendações valiosas.

O melhor de tudo foi o atendimento das pessoas do Residencial! Especial agradecimento a Doris, que me atendeu com muita simpatia e paciência. O local é exatamente como mostrado. O café da manhã vem com café, uma fruta, um sanduíche misto, um iogurte e um copo do suco, que dá pra saciar qualquer tipo de fome. Precisei sair às 5h00 e o café me foi servido, apesar do horário. A rua é silenciosa e tem restaurantes e um ótimo supermercado na vizinhança. Para mim foi uma experiência perfeita!

Pas trop éloigné du centre (25 mn à pied), des bus pour l'aéroport (10mn de Las Heroes) et du central des bus (25 mn à pied ou 3 stations de métro).
Chambre petite mais correspondant au prix peu élevé.

Hôtel sommaire mais propre. Très faible prix.
Il faut attendre quelques minutes souvent pour que quelqu'un vous ouvre.
Pas trop loin du centre 30 mn à pied.
Pas de clim mais ventilateur efficace.
Petit déjeuner apporté dans la chambre
Lit confortable mais chambre avec peu d'aménagement.

Pasé una noche y tuve una muy buena experiencia. La atención fue super amable. Dormí en un cuarto privado, con la cama cómoda. Tanto el baño como el cuarto muy comodos y limpios. El desayuno está bien, es completo.

If you are a budget traveler, look no further. This place is good to rest, close to restaurants, 6 blocks from Metro and located in a safe area.

The property was a good place to stay but the administration staff was incompetent. They were unable to manage the booking and double booked my room. I ended up leaving as they argue 'I' had done the wrong booking with the wrong pricing and then put the blame on me saying 'I' didn't like the room, hence cancelled the booking and left.
