Highly Recommended!
Pros:

Great Location, away from the hustle and bustle. Stunning views from the room & balcony of Kullu valley, the road going to Atal Tunnel & Rohtang Pass and Hamta Pass. Pet friendly hotel. Commendable hospitality and customer service. Ample parking space. Amazing food. Thank you Priyanka & Ashish (Front office. Hope i got the names right) for making our stay memorable.

Overall great experience and I had relaxing and peaceful stay. Highly recommended for a cosy and peaceful stay.
Pros:

Excellent staff service. All staff were really welcoming. They took care about every small thing for eg. Late check in, easy room service, hot water, arranging Scooty on a short notice.

Worth the money
Pros:

The Mountain View was so good. They upgraded me to a superior deluxe without charging extra. Food and service was also too good. Location of the property is quite away from the main road thereby cutting down traffic.

Met all the satisfaction criteria.
Pros:

Location is really great. Away from hustle and bustle of manali crowd. Just next to a small waterfall/spring. Pet friendly hotel, they take care of the pet food also. Our baby pet, Bella had a lot of fun here.. Very comfortable rooms with great mattress. View from the room was extraordinary. Own parking space too if you drive from delhi or some other state. Overall a great experience.

Cons:

No bar services in house. Restaurant timings are strict. However the food prepared was delicious

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay in Manali with my pet! 🐾 The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
One of the highlights was the ample parking space, which made things very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience even more pleasant.
Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely love to visit again in the future!

Pros:

Excellent view from the room of the mountains and valley. Hotel is situated within a local area of the town and was very peaceful. Great, courteous, and very prompt service. Staff is genuinely helpful. In house restaurant food was good - we ordered Aloo Parotha, Masala chai, Pulao.

Cons:

Minor improvement feedback - Extra bed could be softer and water pressure from geyser could be stronger.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at The 14 Gables Hotel with my family—my parents, my wife and our pet dog Thor. The services were really good and everything felt very comfortable.
The rooms are super spacious with an amazing view, which made our stay even better. The staff is really really nice and their hospitality is just top-notch.
If you’re someone who wants to avoid bheed-bhaad and just relax peacefully, this is the perfect place to stay. The property is beautiful and the hotel owners are very sweet and make you feel at home.
Also, their super cute Chow Chow dog Sultan is definitely one of the highlights of the property 😄

This property gives a serene views of mountains and is located little far from the main city which is this place USP as you’ll find peace and nature. The hosts are very polite and humble. Rooms are cozy, clean and spacious.

Had a great stay at this hotel in Manali. Everything was comfortable and well managed, but what truly stood out was the staff going the extra mile—they arranged both a rental bike and a cab right at my doorstep, and that too at the best possible rates. It made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. This level of service made the experience exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

Would have loved buffet breakfast in common area on day 2 as well. It was served in room.

Exceptional amazing place to experience snow fall sounrended by a beautiful and calm neighborhood.
Pros:

It felt like you’re home, never experienced anything like this hospitality after traveling around the globe.
Transparency,honesty,instant service, quality.
First ever hotel which was shown in booking.com and was actually more better in real.
They have friendly pets where kids can be entertained. Bornfire service and the environment and view. A walk around hotel with so calm and beautiful people.
