Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral,zu Fuß alles zu erreichen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig .
Frühstück war gut in einem gemütlichen Frühstücksraum.

Attention les taxis sont malhonnêtes. Même le dernier que nous avons pris pour aller a l aeroport, appelé par l hôtel, s est octroyé un pourboire important en ne rendant pas toute la monnaie.. Compliqué de discuter, le taxi parlait mal anglais et faisait semblant de ne pas comprendre...

Somewhat disappointed
Pros:

The receptionists are helpful, responding to my requests promptly. The location is convenient as it is located close to both old and new towns.

Cons:

The hotel does not meet the standards of comfortableness. The instruction given when I arrived was minimum. I did not know that there were multiple options of WiFi connections available at the hotel. They are all weak and unstable but one of them was 5G and I was able to have a ZOOM call (but the image was not clear and I could not watch video streaming even with this 5G). Breakfast times are different in weekdays and weekends, but the information was not given to me. Breakfast does not come with a warm meal, though the bread felt fresh (as in many other places in Bosnia). There was no kettle to boil water in the room, nor coffee. The worst part was the smell. There was bad smell all over the apartment (especially in the bathroom) which smells like a toilet. I do not know if all these issues were only in my room. I chose this hotel as the price of my usual hotel has gone up. The reviews seemed all good, but I did not find this hotel particularly comfortable.

Zimmer haben Fenster zur Strasse, somit nachts Lärm. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Für mich ist es kein 4 Sterne Hotel

Sin duda el personal.Fueron amables y atentos ,sobre todo Emra.

Las instalaciones son bastantes antiguas.La cama no estaba mal del todo pero el resto son instalaciones del pasado.Solo había un enchufe cerca de la cama.En el baño solo había el enchufe del secador y no funcionaba.La habitación era súper ruidosa ,se escuchaba absolutamente todo el ruido callejero y el tráfico.Las cortinas no tapaban toda la luz y por la mañana entraba mucha luz solar.
El desayuno muy escaso y poca variedad .

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima posizione
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Sarajevo. I fratelli Emir ed Edin sono gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il parcheggio per l'auto è incluso ma non vicino l'hotel. Lo staff provvede a parcheggiare e riportare l'auto davanti all'hotel. Le camere sono pulite. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Cons:

Nell'insieme la struttura è un po' datata ma fornita di tutti i confort. La colazione non è molto abbondante ma adeguata.
