Categories

Cleanliness
7.3
Mixed signals: multiple guests praise cleanliness ('Čistoća', 'Hygiëne', 'Cistoca'), but a detailed long review reports catastrophic hygiene, food/boxes on the floor and poor housekeeping (linen/towels not changed). Lowered slightly to reflect these severe complaints despite several positive notes.
Service
9
Overall strong positive sentiment for staff in many reviews ('Very good service', 'Milý personál', 'ljubazno osoblje', 'Görevli ilgili'). A few isolated reports of an unfriendly receptionist exist, but the majority praise staff attentiveness, justifying a higher score and used to balance weaker categories.
Location
8.7
Generally positive: several guests note a convenient/quiet location near the highway and that they liked the location. A few short notes list 'Lokacija' as a con, but overall location is seen as an asset.
Room Quality
6.8
Multiple room-related issues reported: bathroom door not closing, bidet sprayer not working, lack of elevator (accessibility), noise early morning disrupting sleep, and poor linen change practices. Some guests slept well, but overall room quality is negatively affected by these operational problems.
Amenities
7.8
Mixed: parking for guests and an on-site restaurant are praised, but missing elevator and broken bathroom fixtures are noted as negative amenity issues. Overall slightly below/around standard but supported by positive parking/restaurant mentions.
Value for Money
7.9
Not explicitly mentioned in reviews; assigned the target overall rating (7.9) as per instructions ('Standard quality for this hotel tier').
Food and Beverage
7.1
Breakfast and restaurant receive several compliments ("výborná snídaně", tasty home coffee, restaurant praised), but there are also serious negatives: cold food that had to be sent back and reports of poor kitchen hygiene. Net effect: slightly below target.
Overall Experience
8.6
Mixed overall impressions: several enthusiastic recommendations ('I really recommend it', 'Sve pohvale', 'Prelijepo') contrast with very negative stays calling the hotel 'terrible' and describing significant disruptions. Weighted toward positive overall sentiment from multiple praise-filled reviews while acknowledging strong negative outliers.

Prelijepo
Pros:

Osoblje
Higijena
Parking za goste
Restoran

Cons:

Prskalica za WC šolju koja se koristi za zadnje pranje nije radila. Ovo je bitno da se riješi posebno kada su gosti objekta muslimani.

Vrata od kupatila nisu mogla da se u potpunosti zatvore.
