Pros:

Hotel is family run and the family / staff really go above and beyond. They were very kind and super helpful. The hotel is spotless and reasonably priced given the convenience to main strip.

Pros:

Personeel was super lief!! Bieden extra service om je verblijf optimaal te maken. Je voelt je erg op je gemak! Het was super schoon alsof je in een spa rondloopt met heerlijke geuren.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great,just a few steps from the seafront promenade. The rooms are very clean, good size and tastefully decorated.Bathroom also big with a nice shower. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.Most importantly the people who manage the hotel Donald and his sister are the best hosts,always helpful,polite and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast room a bit hot in the morning.

Perfect location with free parking
Pros:

Best location 👌 directly in the city center just a stone throw away from the board walk but very quiet at night. Donald the son organised a parking for us every day which is crucial in Saranda.
They also serve breakfast on the terrace every morning.
We will come back.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small.More than 1 toilet paper roll per day would be nice.

Pros:

Clean, well laid out room. We had a great breakfast with homemade treats, couldn’t fault the service - extremely kind and polite. Couldn’t do enough to help. Room extras were above and beyond - sewing kit etc. location excellent for nighttime walks on the promenade.

Great location just steps from the sea
Pros:

The staff were incredibly welcoming and Annie spoke impeccable English.They sorted parking right outside the hotel for us. Breakfast was an incredible spread of fruit, eggs, pastries, fruit juice, cheese etc. The location is just steps from the seafront. The room was spotless and very tastefully decorated.

Nothing. Maybe some water in the fridge?

Lovely newly built, tasteful but small hotel
Pros:

Lovely small, newly built, tastefully decorated family run property. We only stayed 1 night.

Communication with staff throughout was excellent, including help with parking as impossible to get in this area (we reached out to them in advance and they held a spot just at tge door for us), help on checkin and recommendations for restaurant.
Buffet breakfast was plentiful and the home made jams are a must.
Good air con throughout and good facilities in bathroom /bedroom (toiletries and fridge).
Loved the simply framed crochet/lace in reception area... A nod to Albanian hand crafts, and possibly family made.

Cons:

A little pricey for small room in Saranda, you're paying a premium for proximity to promenade and newness of property

Bedrooms on the small side but adequate for a couple for 1 night. If I was picky I'd say mattresses were very springy / on the cheap side, I've seen a lot better in Albania.

This was the perfect place to stay- close to everything, clean, and an amazing host willing to help!
