La qualité des prestations, en mobiliers et pour les produits proposés au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Cela de me dérange pas que des propriétaires d'hôtels réduisent leur personnel pour faire plus de bénéfice sur leur prestations( je n'ai pas perçu une grande baisse de prix pour autant). Mais alors qu'ils proposent un check in and out à faire soit meme, y compris la charge du numéro de la chambre sur la carte magnetique, autrement qu'en germanique. Ou qu'ils renoncent à la clientèle internationale...

Wer Probleme mit Klimaanlagen oder permanenter Belüftung hat, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt meiden.
Cons:

Wir haben dieses Haus bewusst wegen seines Versprechens von "Natürlichkeit" gewählt und uns vorab telefonisch versichern lassen, dass die Heizung individuell regulierbar ist. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass das System fest an eine künstliche Dauerbelüftung gekoppelt ist. Obwohl Fenster vorhanden waren, ließ sich diese Belüftung nicht abschalten. Damit wurde die telefonische Zusage nicht eingehalten, was für mich aufgrund einer gesundheitlich bedingten Unverträglichkeit von Klimaanlagen den Aufenthalt unmöglich machte.
Besonders enttäuschend war der wenig wertschätzende Umgang mit dieser Situation. Auf meine gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen wurde keinerlei Rücksicht genommen und das Ersatzzimmer ohne Strom und Licht war keine akzeptable Alternative. Dass die Hotelleitung uns nach persönlicher Reklamation und Abreise bei Booking.com als „No-Show“ meldete, ist faktisch falsch und rundet den unprofessionellen Serviceeindruck ab. Eine Einigung ließ sich auch nachträglich nicht erzielen. Das hiesige Verständnis von Natürlichkeit scheint also eher dem biologischen Prinzip der Selektion zu entsprechen als einem gästeorientierten Servicekonzept.
Ein Warnhinweis für alle, die Wert auf Ruhe legen: Die Balkone liegen zur stark befahrenen Hauptstraße.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Mooie kamer en heel schoon, zeer vriendelijk personeel en eigenaresse, ontbijt was perfect en gevarieerd. Goede ligging hotel van waaruit diverse dagtrips en wandelingen konden doen. Ook het uizicht op de bergen was schitterend.
