직원분들 친절하시고, 청소도 정말 깔끔하게 잘 해주십니다. 수건과 물은 매번 교체해주시고 청결했습니다. 위치도 인민광장에서 도보로 많이 멀지 않아 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶네요

굳이 얘기하자면, 시설이 약간 오래되었고, 엘레베이터 소리나 옆방 소리와 같이 방음이 잘 되는 편은 아니었습니다. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 좀 많이 났어요

Exceptional stay thanks to amazing host Qi
Pros:

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel in Shanghai.

The highlight was definitely Qi, an outstanding host. He was incredibly kind, warm, and always willing to help. He upgraded my room without me even asking, assisted me with taxis, and even managed to get me a hoodie I liked. That level of care and attention is rare and truly makes a difference.

The room was very comfortable, with a spacious bed and everything needed for a good rest. The location is also a big plus: right in the city center, yet on a quiet street, making it easy to get around without the constant noise.

There is also a café at the reception with very affordable prices, which is a nice extra.

Highly recommended for its great value for money, but especially for the outstanding service.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

Location and neigbourhood as you can see the way local people live while it is very closed to famous shopping street.

Cons:

You cant expect 5 stars standard from an Inn. I am very happy with the price and location.

Pros:

Clean. Good room service. Coffee shop on ground floor. Small shops nearby.

Cons:

Google maps gave a poor location. Tight luggage storage. Hard for 2 people.

Pros:

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful during my stay. Housekeeping regularly replenished essentials such as water and toilet paper.

Cons:

The facilities felt quite outdated (wardrobe, curtains, headboards). The bathroom had mould in the shower and the tiles looked dirty with splashes and dust. There was no soap provided and random shampoo/body wash bottles were left in the shower. The room didn’t feel very clean overall and the floor didn’t appear to be brushed or vacuumed during cleaning.

There was also a lot of noise at night from the elevator, as well as budgies from the restaurant next door. The air conditioning was very loud and kept turning on and off. The Wi-Fi also kept cutting out, so it was difficult to use. Would not stay here again.

mega schönes Zimmer, super Lage, unkompliziert

Cons:

WLAN funktioniert bei mir nicht, liegt aber vermutlich eher an China als am Hotel, auf anderen geräten geht es.
