Very nice and cozy place. Everything was exceptionally clean.
Breakfast was tasty and fresh.

Pros:

Alles bestens-vielleicht etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt dafür aber ruhig gelegen. Ich habe mich 2 Nächte hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

For Dilijan it was medium.
Pros:

The double bed was very good. The room was big and clean.
I accidentally book another date and the staff was very helpful. They rebooked without a problem!!

Cons:

The second bed (the additional one) was not a bed at all. It was a sofa which was used to make a bed on it. My back hurt all night. I slept there because my daughter could not sleep on it. Her back was hurting.
There was a very bad smell from the bathroom. The sewage odour. It was disgusting.

Pros:

Номер очень уютный. Собственный выход на балкон. С балкона немного видны горы. Смотрели семеное кино на большом телевизоре. Был выход в youtube (в браузер нет). Завтрак был вкусным, разнообразным.

Cons:

Не хватало мусорного ведра. Чайник не работал нормально. Чтобы вскипятить воду, пришлось его крутить туда-сюда, чтобы контакты сошлись и вода наконец-то вскипела. Не сразу нашли салфетки сухие. Думала, их нет. Нашли их в ванной полке спустя время.
