Pros:

Wonderful staff, the bathroom was really clean and the rooms are really spacious. They also helped with arranging ou Safari. If you want to arrange a jeep safari just contact Roshan.

Fantastic Stay at a Brilliant Family Friendly Hotel
Pros:

The staff were amazing and made our stay immensely comfortable and worry free.

Travelling with a 1yr old, the biggest worry is the food which was addressed fantastically by the hotel.

The staff were more than happy to accommodate our requests with the meals for our baby which made our trip more fantastic.

Hotel organised a couple of tours for us as well where we got to see herds of elephants as well as a cultural village tour with a bullock cart ride.

From the Reception to the Restaurant and Housekeeping, all are fantastic. Definitely will be recommending to our friends back home in Melbourne.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely! Very conveniently located and the staff were really nice and helpful. The pool was great and the rooms were great value!

Not the best
Pros:

Amazing land . Nice rooms .

Cons:

Toilet smelly from the gully . Complained before I went on my early morning sigiriya hike but nothing was done till I got back 4/5 hours later .
Then they came and cleaned thoroughly thinking the smell will go. But it didn’t . The gully in the shower kept smelling.
At check out no manager or owner was at the desk or lobby to address this issue. I had to pay full price regardless.

A peaceful and relaxing nature stay with a lovely atmosphere.
Pros:

The property is very beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean, the pool area was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and overall had a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

Since the hotel is surrounded by nature, there were a few insects, but it was understandable and not a big issue. The amenities were also limited to shampoo, hand soap, bathroom tissues, and towels only.

A home away from home
