Place has great potentials, upgrading of facilities is my opinion.
Pros:

Location is good coz its near the port area. Beach is nice, fine sand.

Cons:

There's an error in my booking, we're 5 pax but it showed only 2 adults for 2 rooms. I even paid for an extra bed. Whether its my error or not ,standard room is for two people right ? But still I was charged at the resort for 3 'extra' pax coz of the error I feel its a bit unfair.

Had a most regarding stay.
Pros:

Loved the private access to the beach. And the owners and staff were great!

Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicacion con acceso directo a la playa que con marea baja es muy tranquila y se puede dar un buen paseo.Tienen muy cuidado el exterior con plantas,flores, vegetación.Recordar llevar repelente para los mosquitos sobretodo al atardecer,pero eso para toda la isla.

Cons:

El colchón tenía un plástico como funda y resultaba muy incómodo para dormir.El aire acondicionado era ruidoso .El soporte que sujetaba la estantería estaba tan oxidado que se cayó.Las cortinas deberían dar más intimidad.El wifi no iba bien.

This place is far from San Jose where plenty of restaurants and bars are located. In exchange you get a vast white sand
