Sandra was very attentive and helpful. She made sure that we had everything we needed. The restaurant staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. We were disappointed that the a la carte special offer on the Website was out of date and hadn't been removed as we had already decided we would eat in on our first night. The menu was not really extensive which was a bit of a let down even though the food was delicious. The staff apologised for this oversight.
Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Apart from the issue mentioned above everything else was great.

The staff are exceptional, very friendly and always helpful. The room was large, toasty and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, high quality as were the evening meals, and served with a smile. Free parking outside, up hillside road. Easy access to the prom and a short walk to Douglas centre. I would certainly stay again and recommend this hotel.
