Good clean hotel at a reasonable price
Parking is limited out the front of the hotel, especially in a van
I felt more personal that the big chains and the staff were very friendly and professional
Some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night
All the staff I met were brilliant. Check in was easy and quick with lots of advice on what to see and how to get around. Location is a more residential area just off the Promenade, close to the Horse drawn Trams. Hotel has a restaurant for evening meals and is close to other restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked to order with a great selection. You won't go hungry! There is also a coffee machine in the reception area available all day to guests.

The staff were the Best, Kylie, Claire and Sandra were all exceptional, very accommodating to all our requests. Breakfast was great, huge and varied. Location was good. Value for money was very good. Evening meals in the restaurant were good value, service great.
Parking near hotel sometimes a little difficult, but we always managed to find a space reasonably near by. Otherwise no complaints at all.
Central Douglas was ideal for me on this occasion. The food was excellent and the breakfast set me up for the day.

We were 38 years married we spent our honeymoon ar this hotel it was very special for us the staff were very helpful and friendly the room was large spacious very comfortable it was amazing thank you so much and the coffee machine in reception was great
Great location, short distance from the beach
