Muy comoda!!
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bonito muy colonial, las habitaciones amplias, obviamente esta en el centro historio asi que como esta muy cerca de la plaza pues se escucha ruido de la musica por las fechas fue semana santa, A mi m encanto, precio justo, solo les diria que estaria padre pusieran unas mesitas con unas dos sillas afuera de las habitaciones. Pero muy bien!! muy recomendado.

las escaleras , pero eso es tema mio, no me gustan mucho y habia escaleras pero todo bien

Excelente para las estancias para viajeros

El cuarto estaba sobre la avenida, dónde el ruido externo llegaba al cuarto. No sabíamos de esta información.

Great location scenery wise; loud traffic 24/7 because of location, rooms need upgrading badly.

Too loud, location was great but couldn’t sleep or work or watch tv, way too much traffic driving by at all times of day and night.
Too bright, again because of location; street lights, balcony lights were on all night.
The main light switch didn’t work.
Hot water took literally 10 minutes to come.
No water pressure.
Bathroom really small, again no water pressure.
No elevator.

I liked that it was located close too many attractions many food places and alot to have fun and enjoy with family within walking distance.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Cons:

This hotel is not what the pictures portray it to be. They had bleached curtains, sheeta were dirty, towels were cut in half! The place was not throughly cleaned. Also when you have luggage 2 flights of stairs is not easy.

False advertisement by booking.
Pros:

The location was great close to restaurants and the Mercado.

Cons:

First of all I booked a four bed room show up and they don’t even have a four bed room so false advertisement from booking. Then the room was dirty the sheets were dirty the balconies doors let all the cold air in. The toilet kept clogging the front desk had to come up multiple times. The parking on the app said included nope the parking garage charged us 250 for the two days we were there bc they said that was not included. Lastly online it says they have a shuttle to the airport NO AGAIN they said they could order a taxi and that was the best they could do. Do not recommend this hotel at all.
