Disappointing Stay
Cons:

Fortunately, we only needed the hotel for half a day. The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was in terrible condition, the front door was broken, and the young receptionist at check-in didn’t greet us at all – no “hello” or “goodbye,” which made us feel very unwelcome. The only highlight was the evening receptionist, who was genuinely friendly and at least greeted us with a smile.

I hope they made up the room at least once, since i stayed 4 nights. They not even empty the trash bin.

The family chalet
Pros:

Price is affordable & cheap for 2 nights. Nice surroundings & natural vibe. Clean, have water heaters. Good showers. Comfy mattress. Our chalet/hut has 2nd floor, can accommodate to 6 person. We stayed down because we're just 3. The staff helps us to carry luggage. Have a small garden in front of our balcony. Have a water dispenser at the lobby.

Cons:

We stayed in Family chalet/hut. Not in the picture. The sliding door is hard to lock. Only wood frame & covered with curtains. The plug is upside down & hidden. Hard time for us to attach our chargers. Wifi not working. TV not working. No water kettle. No bed frame only mattress. The toilet sliding door is hard to open/close too. It's wood frame with blurred glass & the toilet right in front of it. So your roommates can see your shadow while you do your business. No privacy. No direction of kiblat altho it says a syariah hotel, have to ask staff. If you're touring Lombok avoid staying in Mataram because its far from airport & traffic can be heavy. Only stay there if you're touring the city. Praya is a better choice.
