ottima posizione rispetto alle lunghe spiagge di Durres. Parte del personale non parla italiano e inglese, ma ricorrono al resto pdelk perc

Cons:

migliorerei il posizionamento del climatizzatore. Ottimo il meccanismo che lo spegne se si aprono le finesre, ma lo split è posizionato in modo da mandare aria fredda porprio sui letti, per cui dopo un po' abbiamo dovuto spegnelo

Tolles Hotel wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Waren zum 2. mal dort und kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Lage ist super das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut. Obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen.

Fräscht boende med trevlig personal
Pros:

Fint boende med stranden precis bakom. På gatan utanför mycket butiker och matställen.
Mycket sköna sängar, bra AC och god frukost. Petulla blev snabbt barnens frukostfavorit.
Vi firade familjemedlem som fyllde år och personalen hade stylat rummet på ett roligt sätt.

Cons:

Allt bra. Pool hade varit trevligt men vi löste det genom att besöka Hotel Adriatik. Stort poolområde som välkomnade externa besöka mot mindre betalning.

Odlična lokacija, predivno osoblje svih zaposlenih , udobne i čiste sobe.

Чудовий готель близько до пляжу
Pros:

Класний готель, чудова локація, дуже близько до пляжу і хороший сніданок. У номері прибиралося щодня, зміна рушників теж була щодня. Всі наші побажання стосовно номеру були враховані й наші очікування навіть перевершили! Персонал дуже привітний і допомагав завжди, особливо Ера - топ серед топів! Наступного разу теж тут зупинимося :)

Cons:

Лише порада: зробити якісь гачки у ванній кімнаті, щоб можна було вішати рушники.

An absolute nightmare!!! Stay away!!!
Pros:

The receptionist was understanding and the paid for coffee was not bad.

Cons:

1. Upon arrival at around 2:30pm, the only single lift they have was not working. There was no one at reception either. The waiter from the restaurant just came, handed us a key and told us to go to the room on the 4th floor and carry our luggage with us. When I asked to speak to the manager to see if we can at least leave our bags until the lift is working, I was informed that the manager is always asleep in the afternoon and could not be contacted.
2. Upon reaching the room, we could not find the remote controls for the air condition nor the TV. As it was extremely hot especially after carrying our bags upstairs to the 4th floor as there was no place to leave them downstairs, I had to go down all the way again to ask for the remote controls as the telephone in the room was not working either and then come up again all of the 4 floors once again as the lift was not working.
3. Although our booking states inclusive of free parking at the hotel car park, I was not able to find a single spot inside the parking area for the first 2 days. Every time we went out (day or night), I had to waste not less than 30-40 minutes upon our return wandering around with the car to find somewhere to park as it is extremely busy on the roads around the hotel, sometimes ending up parking close to a whole kilometer away and having to walk this distance to the hotel. This was reported to the hotel a number of times and no response was given.
4. I reported to the Hotel on Tuesday morning that we could not sleep all night due to an ant infestation in our room. The receptionist kindly attended to this but once again, we had the same ant infestation on Wednesday night. I showed the receptionist pictures and videos of ants roaming around the bed. I also took the housekeepers who were doing the other rooms and showed them the many ants running around the bed. They just brushed them off, laughed and left us.
5. The hotel advertised that they are directly on the beach which is not true.
