One of the nicest single rooms I have stayed in for a long time.
Pros:

Everything needed in a small space for a good price. In single rooms you often get the rough end of the deal but this room makes efficient use of the space and is well taken care of.

Cons:

All-round a great room for an excellent price. I could note that the mattress was a bit uncomfortable for a side sleeper but that is likely due to guests sitting on the bed instead of the stool and wearing the springs prematurely but I managed to get more comfortable on the second night. It would not prevent me from booking again.

Perfect.
Pros:

Self catering accommodation. Wasn't too sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Large bedroom with kitchen and bathroom. Everything that you need for short stay in kitchen plenty of room to move about. Room was very clean and bright with a couple of comfortable chairs.
shower room with powerful shower.

Cons:

Could possibly do with a little table in kitchen area, though with all the places to eat in town not really necessary.

Fabulous apartment in Birnam

Pros:

Absolutely fantastic location for events at Birnam Arts Centre & only a pleasant 10 min walk to Dunkeld. Parking right outside & a super peaceful location. Massive room with kitchen & dining table.

Pros:

I stay in quite a few places in the highlands when walking and this easily one of the best so far. Lovely airy, spacious room with views over the town and surrounding hills. Nice peaceful location while still being convenient for the station and short walk to shops and pubs in Dunkeld

Excellent stay again.
Pros:

The Merryburn was exceptionally clean, comfortable with a friendly welcome.
Birnam Arts centre is on the corner with a great little cafe.
Easy, pleasant walk into Dunkeld.

Fantastic time- this is my 3rd stay. Brilliant location for Birnam and Dunkeld. Beautiful, spacious rooms with well considered facilities and such a lovely, welcoming host! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful comfortable stay in a beautiful room in a very interesting location
Pros:

Beautiful decor with lovely shutters. Having a small yet well-equipped kitchenette was really great. All very clean, comfortable and well considered.
