Beautiful stay in fabulous place. Everything you could ask for!
Pros:

Beautiful building and rooms, thoughtfully equipped and beautifully furnished. Very quiet. Stunning walk into dunkeld from there. We loved it.

Pros:

These studios are beautifully presented with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen and complete blackout shutters. Within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. Great longterm base to explore the area with onsite free parking.

It was our favorite place to visit - just enough to see and do and a truly wonderful room to come to
Pros:

The room was large with a kitchen and a sunny dining table in a curved corner with a fabulous view. Hilary, the host, was lovely and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel was in Birnam and most of the sights were in Dunkeld. It was about a 10-15 minute walk but we found a lovely woodland path between.

Pros:

I recommend Merryburn Rooms to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. They were great at communicating before our arrival. Only 10 minute walk into Dunkeld.

Perfect hotel/studio room for two night stay.
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly and hospitable host and owner. Great location, great facilities. Beautiful room. Everything we needed for a two night self catering stay. Our dog was made very welcome too.
