It's is in the prime location of mathura. Must visit hotel in mathura. The food is too yummy. Rooms are neat and clean. Especially the ambience ce is very good and staff is too too good.

I stayed here with my family. I've booked two rooms. The rooms are very neat and clean. The room services are also best and on-time. The food at hotel's restaurant is excellent. The reception and other staff are very cordial and supportive. I prefer to stay here for my future visit. I recommend to choose this hotel while you visit Mathura. Convenient location for access to various Holi celebrations.
Reception is short and matter of fact. Not the most helpful. Restaurant serves pretty good food and basic breakfast. Wet Bathrooms and toiletries are very basic.

after booking I observed that room rent for the same hotel and type of room was around 60% on make my trip portal.

overall very poor service
1- my boat headphones 🎧 was left in the room. I called after 2 hours of checkout, then the receptionist tells me that no headphone was found in the room i.e. a staff worker stole it so plz don't forget anything in your room If something is left, it will not be returned.
2-Rooms Need to be more clean and fine
3- those cheap curtains should be changed
The location was absolutely fantastic. Great for Uber and other taxi services to access as it’s located on a major road. The junior staff were willing to assist where necessary and the night security staff member was exceptional at conversation and offering a welcoming smile every time he seen us leave or come back to hotel.
Reception staff seemed bothered with check in process or any other enquires out to them. Makes you feel lesser. English not spoken much if anything very little and the majority of staff do not speak English language which makes an even more difficult stay. The room I had booked was no where near the value for money as well as the pictures shown on booking.com looked very very photoshopped and nothing like what it is once viewed. Room walls were either water damaged rising damp or something going on as paint and plastering was bubbling cracked and falling from the walls. No hot water at all and the bathroom wash bucket was not very appealing with grime all over it. No hand towels or cotton bath mats amounting to a very wet bathroom floor after a shower. Major renovations occurring daily blocking room hallway access with a lot of dust and dirt left in major room corridors. The room was inundated with the smell of naphthalene finding several balls under mistress and under the bed and in the bathroom sink basic causing burning eyes and throat. I had to seek out the source and dispose of them ASAP as it is extremely toxic to anyone to inhale. So if you suffer from allergies I suggest do not stay here due to dust dirt and general overall poor cleaning of all areas. The breakfast “buffet” was extremely poor however the restaurant staff made it a very pleasant experience offering their wonderful help and I thank them immensely. In summation it was not at all worth the money I payed to stay for 2 nights. Shame because it has major potential if the right front of house desk staff were hired and the property owner spends money on upgrading ASAP. Until the facility completes their major renovations the booking price needs to be grossly reduced. After all you attract more bees if you use good honey.
Had a wonderful stay, very well maintained Hotel and especially all the staff was very courteous and very Hospitable. And especially Max at concierge was very helpful. And buffet at the breakfast was very elaborate and very good. Will definitely come back.

Since the location and parking is Good , would like to suggest management that there is a huge scope for improvement.
Rooms need drastic improvement. Rooms are not clean and hygienic. Washrooms are in shabby condition. All bath fittings are rusty. refurbishing of rooms is very much necessary. No charging points for Mobile phones and other gadgets which is the need of hour. Management needs to look in to it seriously. The rooms are not at all worth for the value paid.
Serious trouble of Hot water and water pressure too.
The only good lobby and smiles do not give comfort to Guests.
