Pros:

Staff is super friendly and accommodating, really trying their best to make all guests feel welcome.
We had a minor issue and it was fixed within the hour and with a smile.
The food in the restaurant, as well as breakfast (to order from the menu), was really good and the view from our room and the terrace were breathtaking. The room also comes with a tiny terrace.

Cons:

The room overall could maybe be a little bit more clean. The room we stayed in felt a little bit outdated but since we were mostly outside this really did not bother us.

Pros:

The staff was just perfect, they made us feel that we are part of their family. Every single one of them cared about us, never stop asking us if everything is fine and they were truely listening to us for us. The landscape is perfect and the view is outstanding.

There is no elevator.

Pros:

Mooi zicht vanuit het hotel. Wel vriendelijke mensen, ondanks minder opgeleid of professioneel wel heel vriendelijk en gedienstig wanneer ze hun aandacht erbij hielden.
Voldoende parking.

Cons:

De kamer was klein en versleten. Mini badkamer.
Personeel was onprofessioneel en zaten op het terras aan de beste tafels te chillen of roken.
Eten in het restaurant vonden we duur voor wat je kreeg.
De welness faciliteiten werkten niet naar behoren en konden we dus niet gebruik maken van de volledige welness zone.

Piękny widok z pokoju i hotelowej restauracji na jezioro i góry. Świetne miejsce na wypady w góry i wycieczki po okolicy, jednak trzeba mieć własny samochód. W hotelu jest dostępne spa w cenie pokoju, trzeba jedynie wcześniej zarezerwować.

The staff was really nice and welcoming, food was good and the location was absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately the saunas were out during our stay, would’ve loved to get the chance to try it.

Pros:

The staff that were there were all lovely. Very friendly, helpful, couldn't do enough for us.

We wanted to be in Mavrovo, and this was very inexpensive for the location.

Views were stunning, common areas were very comfortable.

Cons:

There seemed a lack of management during our 2 days there.

The rooms were dated and showed a lot of wear and tear.

Lokacija hotela in pogled na jezero. Super prijazno osebje, tako na recepciji kot v baru.

Cons:

Hotel je kot izgleda prenovljen, vendar zelo slabo vzdrževan. Čistoča ne dosega standarov 4 zvezdničnega hotela. Smeti in čiki na strehi restavracije, kvarijo pogled na jezero. Škoda, ker je lokacija vrhunska.
