Located in the ground floor near the service Ana delivery area !

Cons:

The people very rude arrogant ans disrespectful? The director said he can’t give us any other room, that we paid only 2500eur for 3 nights and they won’t upgrade us!

I cannot believe this is only a 4 star and not 5. I often stay in 5* and this place ticked every box. The staff, the service, the food, the location, the beautiful hotel. Everything was exceptional. Honestly a 5 star experience in every way.

The hotel is the oldest in Megève and has a history of famous people visiting from back in the day. They were super welcoming to our dog, and left him a bag of dog biscuits in the room when we arrived when they saw he was with us at reception 🥹
