Pros:

Overall the hotel was pleasant and staff happy to help with requests and queries. Nice sized room

Cons:

I booked a mountain view room and while there was another building opposite my room I could see a decent portion of the hills. However, midway through my stay a huge sign was erected to the side of my window which blocked a great deal of the view. Then it lit up at night which meant I couldn't sleep with my curtains open. The owner came to see the obscured view, made no apologies or a reduction in the hotel fee particularly as I specifically book a room with a mountain view as advertised. The blocked view spoilt my stay somewhat. Had the view not been blocked my ratings would be better.

Pros:

Everything was all set up in the room and never had to ask for anything. Reception staff and all the other staffs were magnificent.
