The hotel is nice but most of the staff very rude
Pros:

Elderly lady serving breakfast was very nice and pleasant

Cons:

The receptionist was arguing with me that I need to pay even though I paid online already - she did not check that I paid already and want to double charge me - when the girl noticed that this is their mistake she did not even apologise

Cold, dated rooms. Didn't feel safe and had a sleepless night. Felt very much like a student's hostel for over £100 per night. Would not recommend it

Super hotel. Bardzo mila obsluga, wszyscy usmiechnieci i pomocni. Czysto, blisko autostrady a w pokoju nie bylo slychac zadnych odglosow z zewnatrz. Pobyt 2+2. Polecamy!
