The best hotel in Mirissa with top-notch service
Pros:

One of the best hotel in Mirissa. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly and attentive. We booked sea-view room with balcony. The Room was spacious, clean and well-decorated. Because it was off-season, the place had very few tourists and the hotel had very few guests. So, we were lucky to get two rooms on the top floor. And guess what? the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. They provide buffet breakfast but if there is less guests they sometimes provide a-la-carte menu. Mirissa sea beach is just a minute walk from the hotel. Also there is a very clean pool in front of the hotel. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fijn mooi hotel recht tegenover het mooie Mirissa strand.
Pros:

Een mooie grote kamer met 2 super goede grote bedden. Fijn balkonnetje met uitzicht op de zee en het zwembad. Ook een fijn zwembad om af te koelen en relaxen. De locatie was ook goed, recht tegenover een mooi heerlijk strand in Mirissa, waar s avonds ook leuke strand restaurants en bars zijn. Maar ook vlakbij het centrum met lekkere restaurants en goede mooie winkels. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en goed uitgebreid ontbijt in een leuke open ruimte op een 1e etage. Was een heerlijk verblijf daar.

Great location, bad customer service
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

I stayed 2 nights of out 5 nights that were booked. The first night the aircon leaked over the floor, and onto a light switch and the toilet leaked when flushed, so they let me move rooms (great - good customer service).
The wifi did not work the first night either, with it only working the next day. The wifi was also codes that you had to enter, but would constantly cut off so I would have to get more codes for anything to work, quite faffy.
The second night there was a cockroach in my bed, I rang reception to ask for someone to get it out for me. Half hour went past with no response, so I went down to reception to reiterate the issue. Lady on reception said someone will come up. Over an hour later, no response. At this point I gave up and checked out. When I went to reception to check out, and I said I’m going to check out I can’t sleep with a cockroach in my bed and no one has come up to get rid and it’s been over an hour - nearly 2 hours, she said ‘it’s busy’ whilst there was a bellboy stood there, and another member of staff sat on the sofa. Bad customer service.
Additionally side note, I think the pictures of the pool set up is a little misleading - the pool view is pretty much a car park and not exactly a private and relaxing area.

Personal hat keine Ahnung von dem was sie machen. Auf Fragen bekommt man keine Antwort. Das Zimmer war dreckig und schimmelig. Unser Balkon war komplett überschwemmt mit Wasser und nicht betretbar. Der Preis von 90€ pro Nacht liegt in keinem Verhältnis zu den umliegenden Hotels und ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Die angegebenen Bilder vom Hotel entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit.
Ich rate jedem davon ab in diesem Hotel zu übernachten.

Good central location for the beach but noisy.

Good central location for the beach, room was ok. Didn’t have breakfast or any food so can’t comment on food. Reception and porter staff were nice.

Pros:

La ubicación perfecta. Acceso directo a la playa. el tamaño de la habitación. Estaba bastante limpia al llegar.

Cons:

El hotel está algo viejo y las instalaciones de aire acondicionado en el propio pasillo. El ventilador hacía ruido lo cual dificulta dormir. No limpiaron la habitación en tres días.

Pros:

Opposite the beach and close to several restaurants as it's on the main road. Staff friendly and helpful. Large room. Pool was ok.

Cons:

Several power cuts and I got stuck in the lift due to one of them. The room a bit tired and run down. The main road in Marissa is very noisy and this hotel is just a little bit set back from the road so it was loud.
Overall I think it looks better in the photos than in reality but we had a good time in Marissa.
