Cockroaches, Ants, Centipedes...
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Worst hotel experience ever, we have stayed in hostels cleaner than this, and for it to be marked as a 4 star hotel....
We checked in and received our room and it had a full ant infestation, we are talking about hundreds of them, carrying their food around the room. We went down to complain, we got "upgraded" to a deluxe room. This one had centipedes climbing over the furniture, and the best part were the cockroaches running around the room. Went naturally straight back down to the reception as we wanted to leave this hotel immediately. The reaction we got was "oh, we haven't had cockroaches reported from that room, yet". So they are fully aware of the issues, just choose to do nothing about it. I only wish we had more photos of this place. We changed accommodation to one a few streets further from this one, it cost the same, and that one had absolutely no issues. So just skip this place.

Nær stranden, rent basseng, hyggelig personale men skitne rom/bad og badet luktet mugg

Rent basseng, ok frokost, nær stranden, superhyggelig og hjelpsomt personale

Cons:

Det luktet mugg på badet, hele badet ble vått når man dusjer pga manglende dusjvegg, bråk fra trafikk (ligger ved hovedgaten) og utesteder

Very pleasant with reasonable prices and friendly staff
Pros:

Nice pool, great location and reasonably priced menu for the area. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

The bathroom had a hand shower and a regular shower head and the regular shower head didn’t have a temperature control so it was a bit too cool. The handheld shower had a great temperature but sprayed all over the bathroom. The breakfast could have had rice noodles and/or hoppers. More local would be good.

Perfect hub for knowing Sri Lanka South side
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in the middle of the main beach. The staff is very helpful, and the hotel is very practical, as in you will have all near to you including restaurants, beach, tourist attractions, etc.

Cons:

It is not a hotel to stay inside all day... yes it has a pool, but is ok... if you are looking for a resort... no. But if you are instead looking for a great practical location to have as a hub to move around, this is perfect.

Patiko lokacija.

Cons:

Kvapas, švaros trūkumas. Prie įėjimo į viežbutį tvyrojo labai prastas kvapas. Baseinas praktiškai ant gatvės tai jis daugiau kaip dekoracija ir visai netinkamas naudoti pagal paskirti. Labai prastos interneto sąlygos.

Pros:

I was impressed from the time i entered. The staff were extremely helpful. In fact they went the extra mile to contact me when i left an important document behind. Thank you to house keeping and the front desk.

Cons:

The bathroom was huge however there was no place to hang the towels or even to keep the soaps etc.

Pros:

We were on the ground floor and The room was clean comfortable and large with a balcony! the staff were friendly and helpful the beach was very clean!

Cons:

It depends on what you’re looking for! it was right next to the pool and road so convenient but noisy! The beach was only across the road but very busy road! We only stayed one night

The location was excellent, with direct beach access just a few steps away. The street where the hotel is located is full of shops, cafés, and stores, making it very convenient to explore everything on foot. It’s a great area for shopping, dining, and relaxing. The staff were very attentive and communicated comfortably in English, which made everything easy. The room was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The internet works with single-use access codes, and a separate code is provided for each device. These codes expire after a certain period of time, which can be quite inconvenient. If you are staying at this hotel for both vacation and work, this could be a significant issue.
