La dame de la réception et du petit déjeuner très gentille. Toujours une attention très aimable envers les clients

Cons:

L’accès des enfants à la piscine pas de respect de ce lieu de détente ( mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien) manque d’éducation de la part des parents.

Super schöner Wintersporturlaub
Pros:

Besonders schön die Lage. Für den Wintersport ideal, sowohl zur Garmisch Seite als auch zur Zugspitze sehr gut mit dem Auto (oder Bus) erreichbar. Zudem fand ich den Wellness Bereich echt richtig schön. Dadurch, dass es eher ein kleineres Hotel ist, war es auch die meiste Zeit sehr ruhig oder konnte ich den Bereich teilweise sogar alleine nutzen.

Cons:

Auch wenn es ein eher kleiner Betrieb ist, hätte die Saunazeit bis 21 Uhr für mich nochmal einen großen Unterschied gemacht. 20 Uhr ist sehr früh, man kann nicht gut planen vorher essen zu gehen, da man sonst zu wenig Zeit hat.
Ich hätte mir gerne noch eine Ablage im Bad gewünscht. Das meiste musste ich auch den Boden abstellen.

Pros:

Ontbijt was prima. Zeer veel keuze en goede bediening. Alle soorten brood en beleg waren voorhanden. Uitgebreider dan verwacht.

Cons:

Het terrein buiten had beter sneeuwvrij gemaakt kunnen worden. Opbergen van onze ski's was ploeteren door de sneeuw. De ruimte waarin schoenen gedroogd werden had voorzien kunnen worden van warmte beugels.

Zwei Frühstücksräume, das Angebot entsprach dem Standard; verglaster Balkon, Bergblick, gut gelegen mit Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel, Buslinie Richtung Garmisch-Partenkirchen und Zugspitze.

Cons:

Leider nur Frühstück möglich.

Sie waren stets bemüht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl und schön war, dass Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet wurden. Kaffee und Tee wurden frisch zubereitet.
Es gibt einen Skiraum und Raum für Skischuhe.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in Ordnung.
Es gab zwar eine Sauna, aber leider keine Möglichkeit nach Draußen zum Abkühlen zu gehen, oder in Ruhe zu entspannen. Liegen gab es nur neben dem Schwimmbad

Ein sehr schnuckliges und familiäres Hotel ! Busverbindung direkt vor dem Hotel...Eibsee und Zugspitze gut zu erreichen!
Personal sehr freundlich! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei und auf Wunsch frisch gemachtes Rührei oder auch Spiegelei! Hab den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Pool und Sauna klein aber fein , war komplett alleine, so kann man eine Auszeit echt genießen!

Sehr netter Empfang, statt Einzel - ein großes Doppelzimmer erhalten. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und ausgezeichneter Service. Spiegel - und Rührei werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Die Lage für Ausflüge gut und trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war zu klein und die Betten etwas zu weich. Die Zimmertüren waren laut.
