Good affordable accommodation.
Pros:

Overall pretty good. Not closest to ski lifts, but feasible :)
The room is ok, nice view from the balcony - can see if ski lifts are working - very useful!

Cons:

Refrigerator was loud like hell :O

Супер номер,отличный хозяин
Pros:

Номер отличный.Рядом с подъёмниками.Обычно не готовлю в поездках( чистота кухонь...) ,но здесь кухня располагает к готовке.Были на Новый год даже оливье сделала.Все чистенько.

Cons:

Немного дует из балконной двери,но решаемо.Чемодан приставил и ок.

Pros:

The room is spacious, clean and equipped with all necessities. The heater works great. The view is fantastic, to the mountain. Have possibility to go out directly to the slope (gondola) directly from the hotel. Can keep the ski equipment in locker, safe, near the exit of the building. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, market and coffee shops. At the ground floor you have renting ski equipment center. Distance to the gondola and entertainment points is by less 5 minutes. The staff at the reception is very kind and friendly as well helpful if you reach earlier than check-in time. Very good communication with the connection staff for check-in. Definitely recommend!

Everything you need within a walking distance!
Pros:

We liked everything!
- perfect location, walking distance from grocery, pharmacy, ski rental, ski lifts. Let me repeat -> walking distance ... in a ski shoes!!! ;)
- nice, cozy apartment able to accommodate family of 2+2 (our kids are 11y + 14y).
- amazing host Vazha. We had few small issues and he immediately solved all of them.

Few tips from our side:
- WIFI is not the best, mobile coverage also sucks. Get a local sim at the airport.
- Bring dollars or euros if you have to pay by cash for the apartment or ski instructor.
- Restaurants, ski rentals accept credit cards
- There is one ATM near the apartment, often "out of service". Other ATMs require 15 minutes car ride.
- Some of the ATMs are limited to 500 GEL per transactions, with quite high commission.
- As per my experience Bank of Georgia ATM is the best.

Cons:

For our needs, the apartment was perfect! Nothing to complain about.
