Pros:

Ati Ambavi is a wonderful hotel!
Great location with beautiful mountain views, cozy and clean rooms, and very comfortable.
Staff are amazing, super friendly, helpful, and kind.
Breakfast is delicious, fresh and tasty every day.
The restaurant is the best! Food is amazing, and we loved the Set Menu, it's a special multi-course experience that tells Georgian stories through food. Cozy atmosphere with candlelight and sometimes traditional singing. Perfect evening!
Highly recommend this place.
We'll come back!

Wow, Ati Ambavi is really something special!
The hotel feels so warm and welcoming the moment you walk in. Rooms are super cozy, spotlessly clean, and each one has its own beautiful Georgian touch. The views of the mountains are breathtaking.
The staff? Absolute legends – always smiling, super helpful, and they make you feel like you’ve known them forever.
Breakfast every morning was fresh and yummy – lots of variety, good coffee, couldn’t ask for more.
And the restaurant… honestly, one of the best we’ve ever been to in Gudauri! The food is incredible, full of flavour and heart.

Отличный отель Гудаури с прекрасным обслуживанием и видами
Pros:

Отличный отель, небольшой, расположен в районе Верхний Гудаури, всего 10 номеров, заботливый персонал, отличная кухня. Управляющий отелем Шота решал все вопросы и пожелания быстро и оперативно! Недалеко станция подъемника Шино , (2 минуты на авто или 5 пешком) от отеля довозят на автомобиле утром и вечером забирают назад. В номере все есть, кроме халатов. Убирают качественно! Возвращаясь с горы угощают чачей! Отличный вид на горы с балкона.

Cons:

Отель находится чуть выше дороги, во время закрытия военно-грузинской дороги вереница авто, автобусов и большегрузов могут сутками стоять вдоль дороги

Cosy Stay in New Gudauri
Pros:

Ati Ambavi is a cosy boutique hotel tucked in the mountains of New Gudauri. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Special shout out to the property manager, Shota, who sorted everything for us. They made us feel extremely comfortable and made our anniversary trip extra special. The hotel has a very nice Jacuzzi and Sauna which can be booked for relaxation. For folks who dont have their own vehicle, there is a free shuttle from the hotel to Shino lift which can be quite beneficial. The breakfast is nice but for vegetarian people the spread is limited but otherwise quite wholesome. Would definitely recommend and come visit again.

Майже повна відсутність вай фаю. Нажаль, ми не могли ввімкнути нічого, щоб послухати музику, чи подивитись фільм. довелось використовувати роумінг.
В передостанній день в нас не прибирали. За тиждень не змінили рушники, постіль. Коли прибирали, не мили посуд, лише виносили сміття і заносили пляшки води

We had a wonderful stay at Ati Ambavi Gudauri. The hotel is clean, cozy, and very comfortable, creating a warm and relaxing mountain atmosphere. The location is excellent for a ski vacation, with easy access to the slopes and beautiful views.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always available and happy to assist with any request, which really made the stay feel easy and welcoming. The rooms are quiet, well maintained, and very comfortable — perfect for resting after a full day of skiing.
One of the highlights of the hotel is the private spa, which is a fantastic bonus. It’s ideal for relaxing and recovering after skiing and adds a real sense of comfort and luxury to the stay.
Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Ati Ambavi Gudauri to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-run hotel in Gudauri.

We had a great short stay and loved trying the food 😌
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so accommodating to our needs! Absolutely loved the unique story behind every room and the food was incredible - especially dinner (albeit being a but expensive, it is an experience). I would love to have seen a set cocktail menu to go with the meal though, which is just a small note.

Cons:

The room was too hot at night and we were unable for a while to adjust the heating - so had to leave the door to our balcony open a bit.

Pros:

The room was very nice. Bottled water provided every day. Breakfast was good (variety). Staff was friendly & helpful. Free shuttle to New Gudauri.

Cons:

I booked the spa but the jacuzzi water was still cold. I was told that they had to replace the water but why wait till just before my appointment if I made the booking in the morning already... The location is not that good but the views are great! I
