Praise and recommendation for excellent service and friendly service at the reception.
Pros:

We would like to highlight and praise the excellent service at the Soncho Hotel, the quality meals for breakfast and dinner, and especially the kind and friendly Mrs. Nina, the receptionist. She made every effort to find and deliver a personal document that we had inadvertently left at the ski center. Her professionalism, kindness and willingness to help the hotel guests deserve a nomination for the Tourism Employee of the Year award.

As we said, the service and location were very good. We really appreciate the service we received from the hotel staff.
Pros:

I liked the service we received at the property. The staff was really nice and helpful. Close to skiing, two minutes from the place.

Cons:

The downside to the property was the beds. We had back pain because of the mattresses, which were not of high quality, and to be honest, it affected our continued enjoyment of skiing. Skiing with back pain is unpleasant and not recommended.

Pros:

The place is close to the ski lift except it requires some climbing. The breakfast was surprisingly good

The beds were awful -- back pain causing ones. No sound isolation.

We had a very smooth stay at Hotel Soncho. While the hotel itself is pretty standard, it wins on two major fronts: service and location.
​The staff are incredibly lovely and welcoming—they made us feel right at home with absolutely "no drama." Additionally, the location is perfect. You are right in the middle of everything, which made getting around so easy.
​It’s a great, stress-free choice if you want to be close to the action and feel well-taken care of.

Pros:

Отель расположен в шаговой доступности к склону, очень удобно. Уже писали об этом ранее, повторюсь, слева при выходе из отеля есть лестница наверх. По ней сразу попадаете на склон.
В номерах есть всё необходимое, шампунь, мыло, тапочки. Щётки и пасту берем с собой!
У нас в номере было прохладно, поддувало из окна, проблему устранили-сразу дали обогреватель.
Мы брали завтраки и ужины. Завтрак шведский стол. Ужин-это нечто! Голодными точно не будете. Порции огромные и всё очень вкусно!
Вобщем всё супер. Спасибо огромное!

Cons:

Хотелось бы небольшой уборки в процессе проживания ( протирания полов), но это не критично.
Если приедем в следующий раз, выберем снова вас!

האוכל היה בסדר, גם ארוחת הבוקר וגם הערב במיוחד המרקים, המיקום ממש מעולה, כמה עשרות מטרים מהאתר
רוב הצוות היה נחמד ועוזר

בקשתי להחליף חדר במידת האפשר, קיבלתי מענה עוין ואנטישמי ממנהלת הקבלה, בסגנון, אתם היהודים תמיד עושים בעיות, מקור הבעיות לכל הצרות בכל מקום.
לבסוף החליפו לי לחדר בקומה שלישית ללא מעלית.
הטוש של המקלחת מיושן ושבור בשני החדרים ששהיתי בהם
